I called to make an appointment on May 14, 2019 the female employee that answered my call gave me an appointment for May 15, 2019 at 9:00 - 12:00 pm. Needless to say I waited the appointed time and NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. I waited the entire day for a call of explanation and or apology; that didn’t happen. I initiated a call to the office at 3:56 pm. To my surprise the same female answered. I explained my dissatisfaction of the events of the scheduled appointment the female stated that he was suppose to call me; she began to giggle out of hopefully SHAME! She went on to say she apologize for the waste of my time. I explained to her before the half hearted apology how that was a waste of my time and how unprofessional they represented the face of the so called business they are proclaiming to have. It is out right disgraceful to not stand behind your word in the name of business. She went on to ask if I would like to make another appointment. My response was that would be insane after today to add insult on top of the injury. I would not be able to do business with a company that misrepresent themselves as unprofessionally as they do and to put myself in a position that I would pay them half way through not knowing if I would get a finished product. “NO THANK YOU”

I hired Lopez-Ventura Landscaping to do some landscaping work to my flower bed and tree in my front yard and they far exceeded my expectations! I was beyond pleased. Mr. Ventura was professional and he also provided me with multiple options of flowers to be planted in my flower bed that I hadn’t even considered! That was a bonus! Needless to say, I will continue to hire Lopez-Ventura Landscaping for any other projects that I need done in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate over a week ago for 9.a.m. this morning. I made accommodations in advance with my schedule for this date. I received a call from a young lady at 8:29a.m. this morning stating that they will not be able to make the 9:00 and they will need to push the appointment back to 4:00p.m. At 4:30 I called since no one had arrived. I was told by the young lady that she would reach out to him and call me right back. No call. I called again at 4:55 and she stated that he was not answering his phone...WHAT A MESS!!

UPDATE! I left the original post just to show the level of courtesy and consideration from Mr. Luis, the owner. Immediately after posting my review, I was contacted not with a watered down excuse, but a sincere apology and a request for an opportunity to make things right. Another appointment was set and I'm impressed with the level of customer service, professionalism and integrity of this business owner. I am confident that the quality of work will be just as impressive. Can't wait to provide an update upon the completion of the work. Thanks Mr. Luis!

My family and I have used the Lopez-Ventura Inc. company’s services for almost two decades. The team members are always polite, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. They offer a helpful variety of services. They add value to their work with extra effort or additional help whenever they see an opportunity to do so. Also, the quality of the Lopez-Ventura team’s work, in terms of my family’s experience with them for close to 20 years, has always been excellent. I highly recommend Lopez-Ventura Inc.’s services.

We have worked with Luis and his team for many years. They are wonderful from start to finish. Professional, skilled, dependable, excellent customer service, no job is too big or too small and great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Well, I wish I could have gotten a chance to review their actual work but, considering their rudeness with potential customers, they didn't even give us a chance.
I called to set up an appointment for a work estimate. We agreed to a set time/date (between 11 and noon on a Saturday). Once 1pm rolled around and no-one had showed, I called to find out what was going on, and see what the reason was for the delay. Luis (the owner himself) answered the phone. I told him that we had an appointment and no-one had showed yet and, while still talking, he interrupted me to tell me that he'd call back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, I called to ask what was going on, and the call was ignored and went to voicemail.
I have left a voicemail to ask for an explanation, as well as have written an E-Mail asking for the same, but I have been ignored.
Not sure if a basement bathroom (below drainage level) is not enough work for them, or if it is something that they're not comfortable doing due to lack of knowledge or capability. Regardless, I would have appreciated the decency of an answer or a call back.
If you decide to attempt to hire them, good luck having them show up.

Luis and his crew have gone above and beyond in maintaining our yard in the most pristine condition. He replanted fresh cut grass from a farm that grows fast and maintains it's quality of color and appeal to the neighborhood. He maintains our flowers, weeds, and re-mulches our flower beds. There isn't a plant in this world that he cannot get if you kindly ask him for it. We've been very lucky to have found his company from references and highly recommend him to help regenerate your yard to it's high standards. Thank you Luis!

These guys do really great work. They're creative, pay attention to detail, and most importantly (and often forgotten), they CLEAN UP afterwards! They're busy, so it can take a few days to get a call back, but the work quality and flexibility makes the wait worth it. They do exterior and interior jobs, and their prices are very competitive, especially for the quality level they produce.

Fantastic Job! Mr. Jose and his staff were not only professional, but most important very personable. He and his staff treated me as if I were family. I have gotten several compliments and inquiries as to who did the beautiful landscaping. Even though the project is completed, Mr Jose follows up to see if there are any questions regarding maintenance of the new bushes and flowers. I am already working wth Mr Jose for the next project!

I manage a portfolio of properties and have used Lopez Ventura's services for everything from landscaping to construction and house cleaning for years. This is a family owned business where every person who steps on your property is also a family member. Having an entirely trustworthy contractor is super convenient because you do not need to be on hand while the work is done. Forget about waiting for someone to arrive during a four hour window. This is the sort of contractor you can not only trust to do the job right, but literally hand a copy of the property keys to. They respond 24 hours a day and will show up at midnight on New Year's Eve should there be an emergency. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Great job! Luis came the same day I called to discuss my needs and provide a quote for the work. He was able to come the next day to do the work. He replaced an outside light fixture out front. He also replaced some vent caps and added rodent guards to prevent birds from nesting in my home.
