Lopez-Ventura does incredible quality work, both in their landscaping and yard maintenance services, as well as in their house cleaning services!!! I have hired them to work both inside and outside the house, and they are friendly, conscientious, thorough, detail-oriented, skilled, knowledgeable, and just excellent at all that they do. Very professional services being provided with affordable rates. This is my 3rd project I've used there services for and won't be my last. I've used them for lawn care including aeration & seeding.My most recent project consist of installing new pipes in my basement, installing new laminate wood floors, and painting. Mr. Jose set up a time to give a free estimate and was by far the best I received. Matter of fact, I couldn't believe the work could be completed for such a reasonable price. He and his crew came over 3 days later. Mr. Jose explained to them the work that needed to be completed and did not leave my house until he was confident in the process of the repair. I will be calling on Mr. Jose and his crew for other jobs around my house as needed.

This business is awesome! They installed laminate flooring, carpet, and bar lighting. The price was worth the results. There were many added touches done without additional cost; e.g. wall repairs, higher quality baseboards. The staff was highly skilled, respectful, professional, and friendly. I plan to use them for my future home care needs!!!

My wife and I hired Lopez-Ventura to paint and repair our house before moving in, and to repair and replace parts of our patio. We were very pleased, not only with the quality of the workmanship, but the excellent service from Luis Ventura and the willingness to go above and beyond to make our home look great. Luis and his team do a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. The job can be big or small in our experience. When the situation is urgent, Luis gets someone over very quickly. The overall work quality is quite good. When something wasn't quite to our liking, Luis did not hesitate to make the alteration we requested in a very timely manner.

We contracted Luis for work on our new house. They did an excellent job of landscaping. Then we contracted with them for monthly lawn maintenance which includes leaf and snow clearing. They come twice a month and as needed to keep our house looking spiffy. We also contracted with then to build a new ramp at the front door. Luis has become our go-to-man for any future work.

and was looking for a trustworthy landscaping company to
repair my front lawn and landscape. Mr Luis came out to my house to give me a quote on the project. The cost was the best in the area but more importantly was he was honest and his team did a phenomenal job!! They did such a great job that I also them install my sprinkler system as well. It is hard to find a honest and quality work but Lopez Ventura
did just that. I will continue to use them for my future home project!!

This company does great work and does it really fast. I had concrete path put around one side of my house. I called for a consult and the next day he came and measured the area and said I’d get my quote the following day. The next day I got my quote, agreed to it and made my down payment to get the work started. They were willing to get started right away, if not for the rain I believe it would have been done in 3-4 day from inquiry to finish. They cleaned up my yard nicely also, thank you.

The Lopez Ventura crew has now worked on almost 10 different projects for me now (at different rental properties). I have been very satisfied with all of the results and honestly it has been one of the better contractor experiences in many years of managing rental properties.

The company remodel our hallway bathroom and master bathroom. They installed wall and floor tiles, replace toilets, bath tub, faucet and vanities, mirrors and fixtures. Installed walk-in shower in the master bathroom with rain shower. The whole crew was awesome, polite and professional. They completed the project in a timely manner. We are extremely happy for the work that was done. We highly recommend the company! We plan to use their service again in the near future. Kudos to Mr. Ventura and his crew! What a Fantastic job! This is not my first hooray with the Lopez-Ventura Company. They did an excellent job of installing a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen. Next they repeated their very high quality attention to detail, extreme super workmanship and expert care in converting my spare bathroom bathtub into a walk-in shower. “Beautiful Job”.
The workers were on time, friendly, professional and very efficient. And I must admit that the prices are reasonable

We had a great experience working with Luis and Jose. I had to call them to fix a few windows a week before we went out of town, they worked us in last minute and still did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced even though it was short notice. My favorite part is that they didn't need me to involved with the process even when they ran into unexpected hurdles, I have a young baby so I really appreciated that they did whatever it took to get the job done without me having to stay close. We will definitely be working with them for all future home projects!

Lopez-Ventura Construction Company will be my go to for anything and everything involving work for my house. Their crew did a very good job of replacing our roof. Their price was below two other estimates we got. We needed water diversion and hired a referred contractor to perform the work . It was not a good job by my standards . Luis and his crew were at my house to do other work and pointed out the unsatisfactory water diversion. For a fraction of what I paid the other contractor he and his crew did a great job correcting the mess from the work of the other contractor. They also made us very happy with the work performed to our landscaping ! If you need/want a great team of contractor workers at your house , they are the ones to hire ! Very happy with the work and the good people that Luis has in his crew.

My husband and I are so happy and pleased with the work completed by Luis and his team in our basement! They handled everything with care, assisted me with any questions i had and even did more things that they did not have to do! The service was amazing and we would recommend them to anyone that is thinking about doing a renovation project to their home! Christian was also great! Stated late some nights!
