Bottom Line: our carpets are much cleaner now. Not brilliant but better.

The service, however, needs help. Two guys showed up, one fairly well dressed, the other a bit grungy. Both fought losing battles to keep their pants up while they pushed heavy cleaning equipment around.

I’m not a rug expert but I know that you don’t move vacuum cleaners and scrubbers across the grain of a carpet; you go with it. They didn’t.

Hadid Carpet Cleaners wanted $600 to take our carpets away for a few weeks to clean. These folks did it in situ for $150 and did a good enough job. 3 out of 5 stars.
