Aaron and Donohue did an amazing job on four flights of very dirty carpeted stairs and four dirty recliners—all in record time. It wasn’t the cheapest carpet-cleaning we’ve ever had, but the quality is undeniable.

They did a great job on my stairs and rugs, which were stained and dirty between spilled coffee, dirty shoes and two dogs. The stains are completely gone and the 1st floor entrance looks clean and smells great. The price was also very reasonable. Will use again.

Anthony and Jerome did a great job carpet cleaning in my spot! They made sure to move furniture to ensure most areas in my apartment were cleaned. I have a dog, it smelled a lot like dog before they arrived, after cleaning it smelt fresh! Also, they did my couch which had a lot of pet fur. Overall exceeded my expectations and will book again. I did do my entire apartment which is 700-800 sq ft and my L shaped couch with additional add-ons because of my pet.

I would not recommend this company. The initial appointment set up was a breeze but the actual technicians that came to my residence lacked basic communication skills. They were all out rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They didn’t even greet me, two men coming into my apartment and didn’t introduce themselves. They didn’t explain the process, the price or that they were going to use my kitchen sink to refill the machine and then asked to dump dirty water in my toilet. I don’t expect such a low level of customer service from anyone. They didn’t do much of anything for the money but they definitely opened up to tell me I had to pay before he could leave. I just wanted to pay and get them out of my house.
