I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with General Contractor Jimmy Underwood for a roof replacement, and he was amazing—timely, responsive, and honest. The whole process took about 5 days, from meeting Jimmy to our post-installation walk-through. He worked with our insurance provider from beginning to end, making the process more efficient and easier on us. And his crew was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Liam and team did an amazing job making this as seamless as possible to get a new roof for my home. They over delivered and did 90% of the work. Their service was top notch and quality can be seen on my new roof.

They had a large crew out at 6:30am to replace storm damaged, aging roof on both our home and detached garage. Both jobs were completed by 2pm and you would never know they had been here other than two great looking new roofs. Very pleased with my service. Easy to work with and very helpful navigating home owners insurance. Met directly with my adjuster to go over the damage and negotiating repair costs. Definitely recommend!

He was always responsive and so easy to work with, handling everything on the insurance side swiftly and professionally. The work was done well and Jimmy even came by after to make sure the yard was clear of debris knowing I have a toddler and pets. Dealing with Justin from Scope was super easy. He inspected my roof, noted some hail damage, and stood by as we called my insurance company together to start a claim.

He came out just a few days later to meet with the insurance adjuster.

FF a few weeks, and with paperwork out of the way and contracts signed, stuff went fast! I came home from work one day and supplies were on my roof. It rained the following day but the next day, the crew was here exactly when they said they would be. They worked hard all day! Entire roof was done in one day. They were a super polite crew. They asked about where they should park vehicles and I appreciated that. The mess was colossal yet when they left, my yard was cleaner than when they got here.

It has been a super smooth project and I'm glad I used Scope. I highly recommend them and if needed, will use them again with zero hesitation. Thank you guys for a fast professional job. I'm highly impressed.

On time, performed as promised, high quality craftsmanship, handled all of the paperwork through our insurance company, and two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I was approached by Liam in my neighborhood and we discussed the damaged condition of my roof. After deciding to have Scope assist in processing my insurance claim, Liam was very attentive and explained every aspect of the job. Upon approval from my insurance company, everything went as he had explained. He walked me through the selection of materials and displayed a high level of professionalism. The job started and was completed as scheduled along with a group professionals that ensured task completion. I appreciate the job that was done and would recommend Scope to anyone needing a roof and telling them to ask for Liam, he'll give it to you straight and ensure it's done right.

After waiting 16 months for Andrea Bates to coordinate with my insurance company I’m having to start all over again with another company. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Ms. Bates left the company, didn’t tell me, and nobody at Scope followed up with her clients. After she failed to answer two emails, which was not unusual, I left a message going off on the company. The replacement rep was not any better. Also I highly recommend you AVOID STATE FARM for anything. Like a great neighbor, they’re not there.

Anthony and Scope Restoration are fantastic to work with. Scope was doing some work in our neighborhood after a bad hail storm, and Anthony came to our house to provide an extremely detailed and thorough review/assessment. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got as much as possible covered under our policy. Anthony is also excellent about keeping you updated with the status of the work. He was even able to find us the shingles we wanted that were low in supply! He’s an amazing person and I can’t recommend Scope enough.

Upon completion of the work, everything appeared to ok. Then in a storm, some of the shingles blow off. Called Scope Restoration to report this and have them come back out to fix/ replace the shingles. No answer to any of my calls. Now I have a leak coming from my roof. Again, I called and no answer and after leaving several messages , no response or call backs. I would not recommend this company (scope restoration) to anyone.

Anthony worked tirelessly to make sure my insurance company did the right thing and replace the roof instead of just patching it. He never gave up and saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars. If you can believe it took them over a year to approve the new roof. Most companies would have bailed months ago. Thank you.

In August of last year, our home sustained significant hail damage. Fortunately, with the help of Scope Restoration Inc., we were able to file a damage claim and receive fair compensation from our insurance provider.
Our experience working with Mr. Ryan Cleaveland, a representative from Scope, was exceptionally smooth and pleasant. Ryan is a kind, attentive, and professional young man. He listened carefully to our concerns, diligently prepared all necessary documentation, and patiently explained the insurance process in detail. His commitment didn’t stop there—he went above and beyond to find qualified renovation contractors to restore our home to its original condition.
One particularly challenging task was repairing our conservatory. The original construction company was no longer in business, but Ryan managed to locate a different company willing to take on the job. After careful coordination, they sent a team to complete the replacement, and the results were excellent.
Thanks to Ryan's efforts, our house has now been fully restored. More importantly, the entire claims and repair process was stress-free and even enjoyable—something we didn’t expect from a situation like this.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. They are "storm chasers", took two years to do some of the work, tore up my gutters installing the roof, and I'm left to do something about it...same as others (not answering calls, emails, txts (even the owner)). $175K...they nickeled and dimed my insurance company, premium way up, awful paint job...BEWARE!!!

Scope Restoration performed a roof replacement on our house due to hail damage and did an excellent job. I have to say that Scope's rep (Ryan Cleaveland) and the owner (Brian Bannon) were amazing. Ryan performed a thorough examination of our roof and interfaced with our insurance company to help facilitate this project. Ryan hand managed the project from start to finish and made sure that any issues were taken care of without concern. After the roof was finished then Brian handled the invoicing and the supplement portion. After a couple of adjustments and final dealings with the insurance company, the project was completed.
