Apart from charging really high prices and not being able to keep time, I think these guys are quite good. They are professionals and are able to fix just about anything electricity related. However I would also like it if they worked on their customer services. Otherwise I would use their services again.

A heck of an electrician! Came out within the hour and diagnosed the issue. Didn't have the replacement part on him, so went to his store at 9pm and got it. 10 minutes later, everything was working again. Couldn't recommend him more!!

Called this professional gentleman to help me on the most inconvenient day, thanksgiving! Mr Harris helped me without a blink of an eye! He provided alternates to help me save money, was patient during an almost melt down and assured me that my thanksgiving would not be ruined. I picked this company because they seemed reliable, affordable and professional. Nope. They are just like every other electrical company in DC. They were great at first, answered the phone, professional and had availability to come by the next day to look at the scope of the work and give a quote. The guy showed up on time and looked at the work. He said he’d have the quote for me by 5pm that day. I didn’t get anything that day so I chased him up via text a couple days later for the quote. No response. I tried again a week later and got one text response saying “u never received email?” I text back that I hadn’t and asked if it can be sent again. No response. I asked again the next day. No response.

It’s so unprofessional to ignore a customer, if you’re too busy or don’t want to do the work, then say so. Don’t string the customer along. Anyway, never got a response so they aren’t getting my business.

I will not be going with this business again. Pretty much they left holes in my ceiling for weeks after I had recessed lights installed. I was informed by Michael that he would refer to me to a contractor to patch my holes. That never happened. I guess he forgot :-l. I decided to go with another business for installation of two additional lights and patching of my holes. FYI, I had 9 holes in my ceiling for 3 lights because according to Michael, my beams are perpendicular to the direction of my floor. 9 holes. At least I would have preferred if they had some follow through. Also, I have tenants. I do not want to leave my tenants complaining about holes in their ceiling. Oh, and I had them install a light fixture that was supposed to go in the main bathroom but they installed it in my powder room instead. When asked to correct it, they told me they might have to charge. How are you looking to charge ME for your screw up? So, now I have to pay you twice? I'm all for small business, and was pleased up until the point that my calls/requests were not acknowledged or returned.

Mike and Kevin were prompt and gave excellent recommendations. Mike also pointed out things that needed to be do e to get the house up to code. I already have him scheduled to do all of my electrical needs over the next two months

These guys do really good work, and unlike many other contractors in our area, they are responsive. Our lead electrician was fantastic, and explained the process clearly. His assistants, were also competent, polite, diligent, and efficient. I would use these guys again.

Needed two 3-way circuits repaired. Mike came out, diagnosed the issue right away, and repaired the circuits within 30 minutes. He was on time for the appointment and even wanted to come sooner. Great service.

We had a number of outlets that were not working in our home, so I called Harris Electric around 8am, and they sent someone to come by 1pm that same day and fixed all of the issues. They also charged a lower price than other companies I had contacted for a quote. I will definitely use this company for future electrical needs. Great customer service, prompt, and skilled technicians.

I was referred to Harris Electric through my home warranty after multiple outlets in my home blew out and I could not fix them by simply resetting the circuit. I was contacted by Mike Harris within hours of my service request and he came out on a Sunday to service my home. He arrived within my appointment window and quickly diagnosed my issue. He did have to cut into the drywall of my home, but ensured that he would cause as minimal damage as necessary. And as promised, he repaired all my outlets with a minimal amount of damage to my wall, and all for even less than he quoted. He even followed up with a referral for someone to repair the drywall. I would definitely use them in the future and would refer their service to anyone who asked.

We had a power issue that I thought might be a circuitry issue at 9PM. I called Harris and spoke to Max. 10 minutes before he arrived Pepco showed up on our street and confirmed it was an issue on their end. I ended up cancelling with Max despite him being about 10 minutes away. He was very understanding and incredibly responsive. If/when I do need an electrician I will be sure to call him again.

I definitely will use this service again in the future! Michael and Maxwell were punctual and efficient with their work. Also very polite! They were able to replace some faulty wiring that a previous electrician had done and performed maintenance on my circuit breaker.
