After purchasing my first house Precise Building Services was recommended to me for electrical work. Ariel did a heavy-up on my electrical panel, rewired a number of poorly done outlets, installed and exterior light, and a porch fan with a light. Everything was done efficiently and without hassle.

Over the last few months Ariel and his team have been super helpful both with a house I'm renovating and also a rental property. The work gets done fast (from initial contact to completion) and the price is always fair/reasonable. I typically like to get at least 3 quotes on any job but now its to the point they are the first and more often than not the only people I call when an electrical issue arises, as I know I can count on them to get the job done fast and at a reasonable price.

We hired Precise to do electrical work on our new home in the middle of the holidays and they squeezed us in and did great work. I suddenly started having problems with the outlets in my condo. All were on one breaker. Not sure why the power suddenly started being a problem since nothing new was plugged in, but I knew I needed an electrician. Called a few other places and they couldn’t schedule an appointment for 3 weeks. Precise had good Google reviews, so I gave them a call. Ariel was very pleasant on the phone. Called me back in a few min to let me know someone could come the same day. Victor arrived in less than an hour. Checked things out and split the 2 lines going into the suspect breaker to a second one and solved the problem. Had to call him back and he came back to check a light and he discovered it was a loose connection on the light switch. Fixed it right up. Reasonable price too. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

First they arrived on time. I'm big on punctual. My time is very important. Then they proceeded to review each item they were going to work on and discussed any issues with each installation/repair with me. They were well-prepared, professional and completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time and most importantly their work was excellent. I purchased a new all electric Lyriq about 3 weeks ago. GM has a program for assisting their customers with the installation of a home charger. FYI, GM covers up to $1500 for installation; one must still purchase the charger separately. GM's program proved to be easy and seamless. The installer GM connected me with, Precise Building Services, also proved to be professional, efficient and very easy to work with. Within a week of purchase the professionals of Precise Building Services had me up and operational. Luis orchestrated the entire process and kept in-touch with me throughout the process - no guessing. The entire process was executed as he planned and scheduled. Ramon conducted the on-site inspection to assess my particular needs and returned to finalize the project within days with our county inspectors. Victor and Jones quickly and efficiently installed the equipment and cleaned up afterwards. To a person, each was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. I called Precise BS early in hopes of an appointment that day to help with my hardwired smoke/co alarm which kept going off every 15 minutes. I lucked out and they had someone they could send that day. Jones arrived early in the appointment window, was polite, neat, assessed the situation, went to get more tools and was done in less than 20 minutes with no mess and no alarm. I’m definitely going to call PBS for my next electrical work and I’m already stacking up jobs for next time.

I contracted Precise Building Services to install a new EV charging station at my home. The team arrived and checked in with me right on time. While working in my home they were courteous and kept their work area clean. They had to run some wiring under my deck and did a great job of making sure everything looked seamless. The connections both inside and outside my home were professionally done and as unobtrusive as possible.
