It was a Pleasure working with Ariel and his team on a six electrical vehicle charger installation. He and his team were very professional and punctual. Their pricing was also fair and competitive. They paid attention to the small details and complexities of the project. They pulled all necessary permits and met with inspectors to complete the project. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again for future projects.

When looking for any service, I do extensive research—and even then, I’m rarely this satisfied. I almost never write reviews, but Precise Building Services truly earned it. I’ve hired them multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. They’ve completed a range of projects for me, including wiring a sump pump, installing outdoor outlets, and setting up lighting—all in a solid brick home with the electrical panel located on the opposite side of the house. I contacted Precise Building Services on the recommendation of a friend to evaluate and replace a 65 year old service line to my electrical panel. Ariel was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, he had someone out the next day to take a look at the house. Afterwards Ariel throughly explained the entire process and how they would pull the permits and schedule the county inspection after the work was complete.

Three electricians arrived to replace my service line and clean up the previous wiring done my a less than neat electrician a few years ago. Additionally they re-wired my panel and properly grounded it according to county code. The guys were all very professional, methodical and neat in all of their work. They graciously explained everything they did and answered all of my questions. Afterwards they checked all of the circuits and outlets in the house ensuring everything was correct.

Precise Building Services is very organized. Ariel uses a computer system to create and email estimates, send invoices and collect payments and always answered the phone. I was very impressed with the quality of work Ariel and his company perform and highly recommend them for any household electrical needs.

Precise building services installed out EV charger. This involved creating a dedicated breaker in our panel and running a conduit through the wall of the house, through the entire yard and mounting the new EV charger panel on a fence. They did a beautiful job. Everything worked great. The breaker eventually failed and they came out and replaced it. Great work, nice guys who know their business, great communication, on time, friendly. Couldn't be better.

Sub-panel relocation and rewiring/safety upgrades-My breaker sub-panel was located in an unsafe and inaccessible spot and Precise Building Services, especially Luis and Victor, helped my get the necessary permitting and approval to get it much safer. Great to work with and couldn't have done the job any better!

Precise was very good when they came. Jones the electrician was very friendly and Luis offer us a deal since we are an old couple. One switch came apart and we had no lights on my living room and 2nd floor, but they came and fix it and gave us a good deal too. They are amazing. Highly recommended.
