I changed to Elite Cleaners after having troubles with my previous cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier! They are responsive, efficient and even pet friendly! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I needed a one-time deep cleaning of a condo before selling it, and the realtor recommended Elite. Marisol and Karen came out and went above and beyond. It's spotless. I'm really satisfied! Such a relief to have this done by professionals.

I hired them last minute when my other cleaning service cancelled on me. They did such an amazing job that I fired the other cleaners and am going with them. My house looks fantastic and smells so good!!

Weird company. Called to make an appointment for a move out cleaning service for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom about 850 sq ft. No one answered. Then they messaged me at 1:30am... didn't get to message back till the next morning but never gave me a call only through message and didn't give a me quote and didn't explain any service what they were going to do.... messaged back because I was so skeptical and also only had about 1 week till move out. Well no answer from them so I had to call another company to get my service done... and yes they were professionals asking all the details and what kind of services I needed. Don't understand why this company has 4 stars.

I originally gave them a 2 is because the women did a great job cleaning. Customer service, however, is highly unethical.

LONG STORY SHORT:

I was over charged 3 times in a row- this was after calling and confirming before each appointment that I should be charged $150 (not $169). Every time I was told yes, it would be $150 and they couldn’t process my refund right then as it was after 5pm BUT I was still charged $169 and was given no receipt.

Had to request receipts 3 times before I was ever sent one (for any appointment). I requested that they give me at least 2 days notice before my next cleaning as I had a standing monthly appointment and I need notice. Not to mention if you cancel within 24 hours they will charge you a substantial cancellation fee as per their website. They refuse to leave voicemails if they do call you.

Lastly I told them they were no longer authorized to use the credit card on file (left two voicemails and sent an email), instead of calling and leaving a message as to who it was and what it was regarding, they charged the card anyway. It wasn’t my card. One cleaning was a gift from a family member.

On top of this, the owner - who only responded to my emails or any inqueries (refund for overpayment, receipts, confirmation prior to cleaning) after I told them I was canceling future appointments - was highly unprofessional in his emails. I only realized it was the owner after googling the name. He is unable to form a thought or type a complete sentence using proper punctuation or spelling.

I was eventually able to get a refund and they tried to keep me as a customer but at this point I was no longer willing to give them $150. It simply wasn’t worth the headache.

Do yourself a favor and find a different cleaning company.

EDIT: after I cancelled all future services, they sent me an email at 11am confirming my appointment the next day for 8am. They also stated that cancelling within 24 hours would result in a $96 cancellation fee. I cancelled all appointments 3 weeks prior.

Needed to have a unit cleaned for move in. The renovation left a ton of dust. I called mid- week to make an appointment for Saturday, great rep and was given my window for Saturday. The day prior I received a confirmation call. Saturday the ladies arrive 10 mins prior to appointment. When the job was finished , the unit was spotless. They literally cleaned everything. The air had a lolvely clean smell. I cannot express how happy I was. I know why new tenant will be greeted by a clean and spotless apartment. ❤️

Had vents and returns cleaned as well as kitchen tile floor and grout. Pricing is on the expensive side. Disregard for protecting surfaces in home exhibited a complete lack of courtesy. No protection on walls led to dirty water being slung all over newly painted walls and trim in kitchen. Removal of return vent resulted in newly painted wall being scratched as well. Wouldn't recommend.

So glad I found Elite Cleaning Services. They do an unbelievable job -- every nook and crazy is spotless every time. I've tried lots of other services and they're the best. Easy to schedule (via text) with flexible availability and reliable service. Can't say enough good things!!

I've been using Elite Cleaning Services for more than a year and have been very happy with the experience. Scheduling is extremely convenient (via text) and the ladies always do a great job cleaning my apt.

CONSUMER BEWARE! Elite Cleaning has an incompetent crew and they don't understand instructions. I had them clean my place four times. Each time they screwed up one thing or another. The last time they arrived four hours before the scheduled time without warning and told me they could only clean then or else I would have to wait because they had another job in VA. I later learned from their boss this was a LIE. I rearranged my day for them to clean only to come back home and find they had lost an expensive part of my bedroom sheet set. The quality of service is terrible and the cost is way too high for such a shoddy cleaning crew!

I have used DC Elite Cleaning Services for several years and have been pleased with their service. They are scheduled every two weeks for my small apartment. While the cleaning teams have been varied they provide consistently thorough service.

This was my first time using DC Elite and admittedly, my house was in uproar when the first crew arrived as new counter tops were being installed. The crew cleaned everywhere else they could and then were at a standstill for completing the kitchen. I wasn't satisfied with the fact that my stove and oven were left untouched by the time the crew had to leave and told the supervisor, Matt when he called to follow up on the service. He promptly scheduled another team to come out and they returned 1 day later to complete my cleaning to a shimmering finish. I was very pleased at how my complaint was handled and the outcome of this cleaning service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks DC Elite!

I have been using DC Elite Cleaning since September 2016 by way of a Groupon. The service then and still is immaculate. I love the way my home smells after the crew is done and I love the flexibility of scheduling service. I have also recommended their service to others.

I have been using Elite Cleaning Services for over a year and I am thoroughly happy with the service. I have a 3 bedroom/3 bath row house, 2000 square feet. The ladies come on time and are thorough in getting into the nooks and crannies, bathrooms, kitchen and the rest of the house. You can't go wrong with Elite.

First of all, their customer service and booking is so easy and fast. They communicate with you for reminders as well as follow up on how your service went. I appreciate that they take an active interest in how their employees are doing as well as how their customers are feeling about the service. They didn't miss a thing. I came home to the cleanest apartment I've ever seen. Seriosly, you need to give them a try; amazing!

I really liked the cleaning services. I had a Move Out Clean and they were on time and did a great job. Really good clean of the fridge and the baseboards. Overall, I will be recommending them to a colleague.

Way less expensive than their competitors.

Elite Cleaning Services is fantastic and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their home clean to contact this company. I have not had any issues with them and I've been using them for several months. The same two cleaning people came on schedule and did a great job every time.

We changed services and pay more for Elite than our last cleaning service, but we find its worth it. Their service is great and they send you an email prior to cleaning as a reminder. I find they show great attention to detail. With previous services I would see quality of cleaning change from cleaning to cleaning, but not with Elite. We always come home to a clean house. We were so impressed than we have more cleanings per month as we see more value in their cleaning. We changed services based on the recommendation from a neighbor and are glad we did.

Great cleaning service. Great customer service. They do a spectacular job wiping down, dusting, and cleaning every inch of my house! They don't work into the evening so you must have flexible availability during the week or schedule far enough in advance to get a Saturday. I've been using them for more than 2 years now and we love them!! Would definitely recommend!
