I really appreciate the part of the service that is IQ cleaning service. When I first was investigating them it was great to be able to chat with someone over their website about their services and how they treat their employees because that was really important to me. Also I really appreciate all the email follow-ups and the notices about when I'm going to have my cleaning. Over the holidays they were very flexible and changed the date of my cleaning because I wouldn't be in town. As well the people come to clean my apartment have been very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. Sometimes the cleaning hasn't been everything I wanted, but I think that might've been when there was a replacement crew that came to my house. However, I'm sure if I asked him to do something specific they would do it without hesitation. They did that for me once when I wanted my balcony cleaned and they didn't have a particular offer for that on their menu.

I have used IQ Cleaning for biweekly cleaning services, move-out cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping services. I started using them in 2015 and continue to use them now. I like how easy it is to book services online, the convenience of chatting with someone instantly, and that you can customize the service to what you are looking for. So far, I have been very pleased with the quality and services IQ offers.

I have been very satisfied with the move-out cleanings and I am used to the military PCS cleaning checklist. They have sent enough cleaners to do the job well during the two-hour period. I was also very satisfied with the snow removal services after the Blizzard this year. They came the same day that I called, their prices were competitive, and they even called me before proceeding when they saw that it was going to take longer than originally anticipated. When I called for landscaping services this past fall, they did a Fall clean-up where they mow the grass, blow the leaves from the roof and the yard, bag the fallen leaves and branches, trim the bushes and edges, and clean and rake the soil around the planters. Plus, included in the price, they also came back one more time to blow and bag the last fallen leaves from my mature trees. Their prices were very competitive compared to a few others that service the area and the yard looked spotless compared to other neighbors that have recurrent landscaping services. One of my neighbors (that I had not met before) stopped by inquiring about our landscaping services because our yard really stood out from the others and didn't have a leaf left on the yard!

Like some of you, I have also had a couple of ladies that have not exceeded my expectations but in my experience, it has been very easy to call and talk to IQ Cleaning and they have listened and have fixed the issue in a very quick and friendly matter that has worked for me. My advice to you is that when you find a crew that you like, call and request to keep that crew everytime that you need services. Like that, it guarantees the same quality of service that meets your satisfaction every time and you get to develop a relationship with the crew as well. That has really worked for me and so far I am very happy with Rosa and her crew. I love IQ Cleaning and strongly suggest anyone looking for these home services to give them a try.

Been using them for years and always happy with the results. Always available within a day or two and very reasonably priced for the quality they provide. Their teams are efficient and pay attention to detail. They also do little extras to make the place look cute and tidy not just clean. I highly recommend

IQ Home was referred to me by a neighbor. They were great, right on time and did a great job! Will definitely use them again.

I recently used iQ Cleaning to clean my house after my tenants moved out. We were pleased with how they cleaned and they worked very efficiently. Booking and paying online was very convenient, I wish more home service providers did that. Customer service was really good too, they forgot to apply a coupon to my total and corrected the issue very quickly.

iQ Cleaners were terrific for us. They showed up just when they said they would, they were polite, but efficient and hard-working. They left, taking all the dirt with them, and I hope to have them back again soon. A good bargain!

Had to lower my rating and can no longer recommend this company. The service provided is generally pretty good, but please beware that they will raise prices on you unexpectedly. After having been a long term customer (9+ months) at a certain rate, we paused our service for a few months due to being high risk and the COVID-19 pandemic. Upon resuming our service last month, we were told that the same exact service/frequency, for the same exact home would be $50 more per service - an increase of more than 30%, which, for our family, is no longer feasible. Disappointing given that we had come to think of this as a trustworthy, go-to service provider and yet we were blindsided with a random price increase explained only as an adjustment made on their end.

To clarify further - we had been customers for 5+ years and paid $107/cleaning when we lived in a condo. When we moved to a home that is 600 sq. ft bigger last year, our rate was increased to $141 (to further clarify, our new home is 600 sq. ft bigger but we do not include one of the bedrooms in the cleaning, so the actual increase in area is less than 600 sq. ft. but we found the rate increase to be reasonable, at the time). Upon resuming our services after pausing for Covid, we were told that our rate would be increased to $191 for the same service, as we had been "underpriced" previously. Businesses sometimes have to raise rates, that is understandable. That doesn't mean a customer's review is "retaliatory"! Happy to provide receipts and email correspondence to support the above, as requested!

We got a deep cleaning with them and ultimately they did everything we asked for but it took a lot of oversight and things that you would think would be obvious like mopping the bathroom floor not just vacuuming, cobwebs, moving small things as you mop not just mopping around them were missed. We have a dog food mat and I had to specifically ask them to pick up the mat to mop not just mop around it. Also there were a lot of let me call and ask situations, like just wiping a baseboard when dust was stuck on it. Would have been nice if you could just trust them to do a quality job since we got the deep clean for a reason.

I worked with iQ cleaning for many years while working with AirBnB's and for my own row house in DC. They were always decent enough to not fire, but NEVER quite professional enough to recommend to others. The last time I tried to book with them they didn't show up on the date that was scheduled. When I called, they said their system was messed up and offer a free home cleaning based on the trouble and "no show". When I called Nicole again for the cleaning they promised, I was told it was no older available, since Nicole was no longer with the company. Doesn't make any sense. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss further, the person on the telephone was rude, and promised a call back, which never happened. Very disappointed and unfortunately would look for a different cleaning service if I were you. They had the ability to make things right after failure, but only failed again.

It was my first time using iQ Cleaning today. I needed a thorough cleaning before a friend stays in our apartment next week to dog-sit. The cleaners did a great job. Two cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It took them a little over an hour to clean my 1-bedroom apartment. When they were done, it was clear that they had moved light furniture and objects to clean thoroughly. I will definitely use again in the future.

I booked online on Friday evening for 1030am Saturday morning. Within an hour, I was notified the time I selected was over-booked, but they were available to come at 830am on Saturday. I was very impressed with the speediness of their email responses, and that they could book with such short notice. Very convenient.

IQ cleaning did a very thorough and detailed deep cleaning of my apartment last week. Their attention to detail was impressive and the apartment looked great afterwards! I would gladly use their service again.

I have used iQ Cleaning for years now and I'm always impressed with how easy it is to schedule and communicate with their staff. They have an excellent website and their email communication is always prompt and neat. I've had to make changes, have dealt with issues of our Nest not allowing their code, etc - but every time, they have handled the situation completely professionally. I love coming home to a clean house and appreciate all the small touches they do to make it feel professional.

I have used IQ cleaning multiple times, but ultimately decided to cancel due to a few incidents.
The first incident was that they broke a picture frame above my bed. They did not call or leave me a note to notify me that the frame had been broken, but rather just left it for me to find. They did offer to replace the frame only after I reached out to them, but I got the frame a while ago and they were no longer being sold.
The second incident was that they locked my cat in the closet for the entire day without water or his litter box. I understand that mistakes happen, but when someone not only marks that they have a pet, but also pays extra for that pet, I feel like a little more care could be helpful. I reached out to them and they did not offer to waive the pet fee for this cleaning.
Their actual cleaning services are alright - not great, not terrible. There were definitely some spots that I had to touch up after they came. Their prices seem to be lower than many other cleaning companies which is why I didn’t really mind.

This is my 2nd time using iQ for a move-out cleaning and they did fabulous, once again. No dusty surfaces, bathrooms looked like new, smelled fresh, and detail oriented. I accidentally left some dishes in the sink and they even cleaned them for me and called to confirm they shouldn't throw out a couple items! Will continue to use them!

Final review: Our place looks AMAZING! IQ offered to do a re-clean of the entire apartment, not just the parts they previously missed, and did a phenomenal job! Everything is spotless and very very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thank you IQ!

*Amended note from review below* Within less than 24 hours of my review below, the business reached out immediately and was willing to re-clean the parts that were not sufficiently cleaned. We appreciate their diligence and willingness to work with us to meet our wishes. We intend to edit this review yet again after they re-clean.

*Older review: Our place was pretty clean already so we expected this to make our place spotless. However, they left lint all over the surfaces (stove top especially), didn't clean behind the toilet, and broke one of our blinds.

We have been using IQ cleaning for more than 4 years. We paused our services during COVID and picked up a few months ago. The rates increased and our cleanings were not thorough. We also experienced two mishaps. The first issue was taken care of and the second issue was not. While online booking is convenient, the cleaning consistency is an issue since you never deal with the same house cleaners. The quality of service is just not the same as prior years. Ultimately, we have parted ways. I suspect the owner will reply to try and invalidate this honest and factual review.

Very disappointing experience. I have been a customer for three years and have found the cleaning service adequate and convenient (easy to book, easy to reschedule). I had an incident last year when a $100 ceramic dish was broken and had to negotiate with the team to credit my account for the amount. During my last cleaning a priceless gold bracelet went missing - I alerted IQ cleaning immediately and they told me that the team did not remember seeing the bracelet and offered to send the same team back to “look for it”. I tried to take the management team at their word, hoping that the bracelet had been misplaced while cleaning, but I could not find it myself after looking thoroughly. It was also not convening for me to have to schedule a time for the cleaning team to come back to look for the bracelet they misplaced (or took). Today after my next regularly scheduled cleaning, a bottle of dish detergent is missing. It’s so odd because while this item is less valuable, it’s incredibly inconvenient and annoying to have this taken whether intentionally or not. I will be canceling my service tomorrow and cannot warn against this company enough. Shame.

I am very happy with IQ cleaning services and I have used them for couple times already. Their service is outstanding and the results are way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and top cleaning service for their home.

Previously, when this was a small company service was great. Now I would definitely NOT recommend this service. On top of constantly breaking things, or discoloring items by splashing bleach on towels and sheets they don't even clean. They have come to my house twice in two days and haven't even bothered to empty the trash, wipe tables down or any of the simple tasks. They do the barest minimal work and leave the place looking worse than when they showed up. Lastly, they do NOT respond to customer calls AT ALL. If your looking for a cleaning service I would highly recommend going some place else - THis company is a COMPLETE RIPOFF

This firm charges way too much money for what they offer. Our move-out cleaning for a single family home cost over $1000 (more than twice what we were charged when we had move-in cleaners for it), they only sent 2 people, and they failed to dust basic things like light fixtures. It was absolutely not worth the money.

To start with the positives, the quality of the cleaning is always reliable and solid. Additionally, the cleaners always present as qualified and professional. Not the case with all cleaners.

However, I've increasingly had problems on the billing side and getting an accurate estimate. Both instances happened with the same onsite team — and this did not occur with the previous teams.

In the first instance in May 2024, I was doing a move-out clean — which is already a very pricey service — and 30 minutes into the job the on-site crew handed me their phone to talk with someone on the other line.

It was a customer service representative who accused me of misrepresenting my home, and said that the price was going up because apparently we had four bedrooms. Our rental was a tiny cape code with two very small bedrooms. I said that maybe a sunroom was getting confused with a bedroom, and assured the representative that we didn't have four bedrooms. I declined to pay extra and the agent allowed the matter to drop.

Roughly a year later in April 2025, we used the service for our new house. The same team was booked, and again we had issues with billing. I had booked the deep cleaning job through the website and clearly indicated the size of our house, the number of rooms, and removed a set of rooms that we did and didn't want cleaned.

However, halfway through the job I was called by a customer service representative who said that the price would need to be increased by over 50% or the team wouldn't have time to clean. I tried to push back on this, because the quote I received was specifically for the deep cleaning and for a specific number of rooms. All the rep could say is that they reserve the right to increase the estimate once on-site and that the alternative was the team could just pack things up and leave since the "45 minute" job was almost over. There as nowhere in my booking that indicated I was only reserving an amount of time, and not full completion of the requested job. However, given that only one bathroom had been done at that point, I reluctantly agreed to the extra fee.

Maybe they need to redo the website form to generate more accurate quotes?

Overall, decent service but the dramatic uncertainty of the quote and essentially needing to "defend" the price given for a job means that I might try a few other vendors before going back to IQ.
