I've been getting my place cleaned with Marcio and Jaqueline for years! They have done a wonderful job creating and maintaining IQ cleaning as the #1 cleaning company in the DMV area. They are always so responsive, courteous, professional, and extremely awesome at cleaning!!! Will be staying with them for years to come :)

Most crews go above and beyond to make sure they clean everything, very professional. I have always had them show up earlier in the time window. The only "con" I would say is a lot of crews don't speak English so if there is something specific you need to communicate, pull out Google translate ❤️

The service was pricey. However, I received same day service so the price was somewhat expected. I received a deep cleaning service. The workers did not use any type of water and detergent based solutions to provide a deep cleaning. I witnessed them only wiping off surfaces with damp cloths. I went behind them and wiped surfaces to find dirt. Completely unsatisfied.

This is my first time having my apartment cleaned, and I’m BLOWN AWAY! IQ Cleaning seriously went above and beyond. I keep seeing things that went above my expectations. They even made my bed. And cleaned my scraggly, dirty, rug!!! The place smells and looks pristine, and the price was a steal. BOOK THEM TODAY!

I thought they did an awesome job. The floors are so squeaky clean! They come on time and the place looks and smells great when I come home. I think some of the pricing of some of the add-ons are more than should be. I do wish that they could do dishes or wash/fold actual laundry. Overall, prices are good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been using IQ for about a year and everything's gone without a hitch. They do a great job cleaning the place and are very flexible if I need to reschedule due to having visitors or if I'm going to be out of town. At the same time, the scheduling and payment system is automated and hassle free.

I have used IQ cleaning three times now and they have always left my apartment spotless. I also love the online booking system and promptness of their employees, such a trouble-free experience.. and all at very reasonable prices.

Cleaning was fine for my move in. The real issue is that they took my key home with them instead of returning it to the lock box. This was a major inconvenience as we did not have another key. We called within an hour of them leaving with no answer. We also texted. They returned the key the next day but we had to leave it unlocked for a long time. When we got home the door was locked but so was the outer door that we don’t have a key to. We had to call a locksmith to drill our door and waited 2 hours for over $200. This has been a major inconvenience and iq cleaning has ignored our request for a refund to rectify the issue.

After having to fire our last cleaning company, I felt like I'd lost hope in finding a cleaning service that works hard and respects its customers. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found the reasonably priced iQ Cleaning and began working with the wonderful Nicole! On our first cleaning, our 100+ year-old row-home was left without a trace of dust. I had just returned from vacation and my room was a mess. While I had advised that the cleaning crew need not worry about it, they were kind enough to still change my sheets, and organize my room in a functional manner. What a joy to see after a long (jet-lagged) day's work!

We currently have a recurring service with iQ Cleaning, and look forward to working with them for as long as possible :)

We have used this service for a few years. The service has been adequate (but never great and they’ve broken things) but then post-COVID, they started the practice of offering one price (an increased price) and then calling once the cleaners were at my home and saying it was going to take more time and therefore, cost more. The reviews about the price gouging are 100% true. You book for one price and then they call and say it will be more. If you decline, they ask your priorities and refuse to clean the whole house (which you thought you were getting when you booked the service). The final straw was they called and said that I had to pay $160 more for service when I had already agreed to pay $230. They told me I only agreed to pay for 2 hours but when I looked at my receipt, it said 4 hours and 45 minutes. The booking receipt they sent me told me the length of time and the amount. When they called, they told me the length of service was wrong and only for one person but they had sent two so I owed them for that. I refused. It’s a totally unethical, underhanded practice. There are multiple reviews about it and I wish I would’ve read them before today. The manager who I won’t name is awful. We ended up in a screaming match bc she told me “team” could mean “single person” and I should’ve known the receipt didn’t mean what it said.

Do not trust the quoted price. I also paid for a “deep cleaning” and no such cleaning was done. There are a ton of cleaning services. I would not use this one ever again.

We've used iQ cleaning four times so far. Overall, the work done was pretty good. A couple of times, the staff ran late, but iQ cleaning was very good at making up for it, by offering additional service (e.g. oven cleaning) for free. The staff don't mind a walk-through at the end, and are happy to clean any spot missed, if there's any.

I have IQ cleaning booked on a bi-weekly basis to clean our house. I love it! The customer service is very responsive and accommodating of any changes that I may have in the last minute. The crew is friendly and professional and the cleaning is thorough.

Awesome experience. Super responsive on scheduling - I work late and they responded to emails late at night, and worked to find a time that fit my schedule with a really short turnaround time.

The clean was amazing. Things were spotless and my house looked better than it had in a looooooong time. I will absolutely be using them again for regular cleanings.

We had IQ clean our recently purchased home prior to moving in. Overall, the service was good! Very friendly staff. They arrived about 45 minutes early and got right to work. We did notice some spots that they missed. We pointed these out and they were cleaned right away. I recommend doing a walk through before they leave just to make sure everything is covered!

This company did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our 3br 3 bath home. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. They even did things we didn’t expect or ask for. They showed up exactly on time and finished within they’re quite. We have a dog so we worried about shuffling him around as they cleaned but they made it simple and it worked out great! VERY impressed and will absolutely be signing up for a monthly clean.

Very mediocre cleaning. I've had the service twice and find the actual cleaning to be not great considering the price. I have a one-bedroom apartment and each time the two women were done in less than an hour. Meanwhile, the shower clearly wasn't even wiped down as bits of conditioner were still there from the morning.

On the plus side, it's super easy to book cleanings online and the customer service is great.

wildly inconsistent. Finally cancelled after 2 back-to-back poor services. Photos from the final/most recent one, which was supposed to be a deep cleaning but ended up being 50 minutes and leaving this.

I love iQ Cleaning - we have a bi-monthly recurring cleaning booked with iQ and any time I have a question or request they take care of it and respond immediately. Being able to book online is awesome and the cleaning quality is good. I just love coming home to a clean house after one of their crews have been here - it's such a relief not to have to do it all on my own! Good price too, compared to what we used to pay our freelance cleaner, but with two people working on it the job goes by in half the time so there's no inconvenience for our family. Thank you!

I love iQ Cleaning and have recommended them to a number of my neighbors and friends! iQ provides the best service and quality of any cleaning service I have used (there have been a few!). Their staff is courteous and responsive, and generally just nice, efficient and effective. They are even nice to my dog!! Also, their online booking system is easy to use and allows me to get times and dates that work best with my family's schedule. And, their services are reasonably price for the metro DC area.
