I am so pleased with the amazing service I got from my team, Team 22! Dora and Blanca L were so so thorough, kind, and amazing at their jobs. They went above and beyond for cleaning and it meant so much to me to come home to a spotless apartment. My first time using Molly Maids - my expectations were high tbh and they exceeded them. The were punctual and did address the requests. However dumping the gloves inside disposal is not something a professional service should do!

Blanca and Myriam did an incredible job cleaning our home before our move out inspection. Because of them we passed the inspection with flying colors. They were great at communicating and went above and beyond to ensure every spot in our place was spotless.

Blanca and Nedelia performed a deep clean at my home today. I couldn’t be here but they came in and got to work. My place looks great thanks to their meticulousness. I will definitely use them again. Blinds floors baseboards are all tip top.

I had them booked for a move out clean on the final day of my lease and no one showed up. When I called the office, they said they had to cancel my appt and “tried” to call me once the day before however I didn’t have any missed calls. I also received a confirmation text after the time they claimed they called me.

Team 5 Delma and Vilma are so professional, courteous, exceptionally fast and efficient. They have been on time, every time and always exceed expectations when cleaning our home. Check out the floor shine and fridge! Thank you, Ladies! We will miss you when we move!

I had scheduled my initial deep, clean with ongoing service after that. The person I spoke to was very unprofessional and I had some concerns about who I was dealing with when I scheduled the service. Well, my concerns were were well founded because no one showed up. I don’t see how people can run businesses like this today and expect to succeed. Do not use this service because they may have one bad apple but they need to get rid of it if that’s the case.

Myriam and Blanca came out to clean and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond! I would recommend them for all of your house keeping needs!!!

I’m very happy with Molly Maid! I currently have them come once a month for a price that I find to be reasonable & appropriate. The office staff are communicative and helpful when I have questions or need to change the schedule. The house cleaners (Blanca, Ana, and sometimes a 3rd team member) are fantastic. They are efficient, effective, and friendly. I had an initial consult with Maria to discuss expectations, price options, etc. and I feel those expectations are always met. It’s always such a big sense of relief when they’ve been here!

We have been using a bi-weekly service since May. Yolanda and Lesly came to our house today, and did an amazing job cleaning our house. We appreciated the time they spent making sure things were cleaned well! We had family coming this weekend, and it's always great to know we can rely on Molly Maids to make sure things are clean!

I am pleased with Molly Maids. They are very accommodating when I make a request for any changes needed. My house is spotless. Norma the housekeeper is wonderful. I highly recommend Molly Maids to any of my friends.

Team 11 (Luz and Jennifer) did an excellent job of cleaning up the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The renters that were removed left the house in terrible conditions. Appreciate the work they did looks like new very clean. Will definitely use them again

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received yesterday from Molly Maid! Team #20, Lisseth and Norma were phenomenal! Rather than Team #20, I’d call them Team White Ligtening! They came in, got right to work and made everything sparkle, shine, and smell good!

Team 21 (Fatima, Julio, and Isabel) were wonderful! They were punctual, very kind, and extremely efficient in deep cleaning my house, including disinfecting all surfaces, mopping and vacuuming, putting away dishes, and cleaning my couch and cushions. I loved their service and will definitely request them in the future.
