I was fortunate enough to have Team #20 help with a move out clean and my goodness were they fantastic. From cabinet crumbs, to dust bunnies, to stains that I didn't think would come out -- they did it all. They were very quick. They were affordable and Lisseth, Nedelia and Norma were the most professional crew. I fully recommend.

They did a terrible job. Left dishes in the sink including my dog bowel that was nicely places. Then they took the pillows from my bed and put them in my closet!!!!

We had Molly Maid come do their first initial cleaning last week and had Team #12 come over. We cannot sing our praises enough - they did a fabulous job and in a very timely manner.

Norma and Lisseth (Team #20) did a deep clean for me while I worked from home. They were fast and thorough and left my home sparkling in even the hard to reach places. Thank you ladies!!

I've had a very good experience with Molly Maid. I've had Damari and Arely (Team 24) and they do a fantastic job, and have been very accommodating of my schedule when I've had to change days. My house is spotless after they visit. The management system has also made switching my cleaning days very easy. I look forward to using them for the foreseeable future.

I have been slammed with work, but also having a party this weekend. I reached out for help and they sent Team 22 (Dora and Blanca). They did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations - my husband even commented on what a good job the did! Looking forward to have them coming on a regular basis!

I cant say enough good things about Molly Maid. They have been cleaning my house for years now after my back surgeries. They are so reliable, thorough and flexible if something should arise and you have to change your day. The ladies that come to my house are professional and always greet me and my dog.

Very poor customer service. They break things and don't tell you. Cracked crystal wine glasses were discarded in the trash. Jewelry went missing. When they dust, they break the blinds. They brush dirt under the couch rather than into the dustbin. Baby toys were moved with a dirty broom rather than picked up. I didn't realize these things until I installed a baby cam. Very unprofessional.

I scheduled a cleaning and it was confirmed and cleaners never showed up to the scheduled cleaning they charged me DOUBLE for a cleaning that has never happened. I called immediately when no one showed and was told they were on the way and to notify them if they did not, and they never showed. I called and emailed multiple times saying not to charge me as the services were never provided. Days later my card was charged double what the original quote was. I have called, texted and emailed multiple times and all I get is "I will forward this to my manager." I continue to not hear anything back to resolve this issue. I do not recommend.

Dora and Blanca did an excellent job cleaning my home. I’m thoroughly pleased with their work. They not only do a good job cleaning my house but they are also very professional, punctual and pleasant to be around.

Team 11, Luz Maria and Jennifer, were amazing! They were very professional and efficient. The apartment looks like new. I'm really glad we hired them for our move out cleaning. It was the best experience with a cleaning company. I totally recommend Molly Maid of NW DC, Bethesda and Arlington.

I’ve been a Molly Maid customer for many years. Team 1, Yolanda and Lesly, do fantastic work. I’m very grateful for their thorough cleaning - they work quickly but carefully and do a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

I have been using Molly Maid for the past 6 months and today I had a wonderful experience with Maria and Vilma. They were courteous, kind, efficient, and very thorough! My bathrooms are spotless (which is a feat considering my 8-year-old wreaks havoc on bathrooms), the floors are immaculate, and my house smells wonderful. I highly recommend this team and will be using them again!

Team #23 Blanca and Nedelia were fantastic. On time and efficient. They completed our move-in cleaning in an hour and 20 minutes. Made sure we were satisfied with the service and were attentive to our cleaning needs.
We'll definitely use them again.

BELOW BASIC BUSINESS
I had an appointment scheduled with them yesterday and they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment for no reason.
After the initial call I’d been communicating with them through text. After telling them what I needed cleaned they asked me to send over a list of things I needed cleaned. I sent over the list and they responded letting me know which things on my list they would clean and which things they don’t clean. Even though they were not willing to do everything on my list I was going to give them a chance anyway. The day of my appointment I reached out to them to find out what time they would be arriving. They texted back and said they weren’t coming because I did not confirm the appointment. I spoke to these people on the phone, communicated with them multiple times through text and they also sent me reminders of my appointment up until the day before my appointment. The reminders that I got did not state that I had to confirm the appointment and when I repeatedly spoke with them through text I was not told that I had to do some sort of confirmation for the appointment. And again I’m actively communicating with them so if at anytime I had decided to cancel the appointment I would have said so. ULTIMATELY WHAT HAPPENED WAS THEY MADE A DONKEY OUT OF THEMSELVES BY ASSUMING THAT I NO LONGER WANTED THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T WILLING TO DO EVERYTHING ON MY LIST which was very standard things to me especially if you are supposed to be running a cleaning business🙄I ended up booking MAID BRIGADE they did everything I needed on my list with no problem🤭

Amazing service! Today was my service day, and it was very easy and quick. Team 11 did an amazing job, very professional. We did an initial walkthrough, and they worked. At the end, we did another walkthrough to make sure all was well. I left and came back and it smelled fresh and everything looked neat and in place. A very good feeling.

Team 1, Yolanda and Lesly always do an absolutely stellar job!! Every time I come back after a cleaning, my apartment feels like new. Cant recommend highly enough.

Team 20 was Amazing!!! My kitchen was sparkling when they finished cleaning it. The rest of the house was spotless as well. This was my first time using this company and I will definitely call them again! Lisseth, Norma and Ana of Team 20 were friendly, professional and efficient! Job well done ladies!!

Myriam and Blanca were fantastic! Very efficient and very patient with me shuffling our anxious cats between bedrooms for cleaning. 10/10 would hire again!
