My house was so clean that my husband and I did not walk to walk in the house with our shoes on. I have been with them for about a year now and the only reason I am leaving them is because i am moving and they do not service my new area.

Mediocre cleaning and extremely high prices. They quote at $70 an hour (per person) and expect a tip on top of this. Absolutely unjustified. Customer service is also lacking.

Maidpro Capitol Hill is professionally run, prices are affordable and service is above and beyond. All of the Pros are great but we want to give a special shoutout to Mersa, who we have been working with the past several years, she is a rockstar, so kind, positive and always goes above and beyond.

MaidPro is a wonderful and affordable cleaning service. I have them come in once a month and they do a really thorough cleaning that helps me to keep the place clean the whole month. It's a real joy to come home to a nice, clean apartment after MaidPro has been there.

I have only used maidpro once, but I was THRILLED with their service. I walked in and the apartment has never looked this clean since we moved in! And our pets were happy, which meant the cleaning crew was kind to them and must have been good people (animals are a good judge of character). Everything was cleaned so well and thorough that the place was sparkling. It's relieved a huge burden and time constraint off of my shoulders and does that "deep clean" that is hard for just me to do. Maidpro, you're welcome back any time!

We had a special event at our Church and Jackpot Janitorial was able to accommodate us based on our tight schedule. They did a deep clean of our Church sanctuary, cleaned carpet and pews, and the baptism pool. I was very pleased with the great communication and outstanding services from the beginning until the end. The Owner was very attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. The crew was on time, professional and very nice!
