Jackpot Janitorial provides a thorough and high-quality cleaning service and has kept our office feeling safe and sanitary, especially through the covid-19 pandemic. Our organization provides social and legal services to vulnerable populations and, although we are mostly working from home due to the pandemic, some staff and clients need to stop by for supplies or paperwork. When I asked the Jackpot team if they'd be able to increase the frequency of their cleanings to keep everyone healthy and the office in compliance with CDC/OSHA protocol, they happily fit us into their schedule. Jackpot Janitorial are discreet, professional, and kind and have been incredibly dependable during this unusual time.

I am the owner of The Goddard School at The Wharf, a childcare in Southwest DC. We have been open since July 2019. For our first year, we started with another company and after switching contracts to partner with Jackpot, we feel the cleanliness every morning upon opening the School. I work in movies & commercials and we've been trusting Jackpot Janitorial to take care of our janitorial and cleaning needs on many projects, big and small. Our needs in the movie world require an enormous amount of flexibility, responsiveness to communication and real-time instant reactions. Our hours & schedules are unconventional; plus they change all the time. We can only trust a company that commits to 1000% responsive communication with us. They have cleaned & cleared trash from different locations for us. We've counted on Jackpot Janitorial to service our restroom trailers that move around to different parts of town everyday. They take care of our trash pickups from locations, movie sets & catering spaces (sometimes we have trash produced by 1,000 people or more.) And they've gone above & beyond in making sure our "trash routes" were taken care of (which again requires extensive communication since every minute is different & things change all the time--and they can be trusted to never drop the ball!) Their professionalism is extremely important to us and because they do their job well, we don't get complaints from the neighborhoods, the government, etc. Their attitude, service & customer support is 10 stars! I think of Jackpot Janitorial first whenever we have a sudden cleaning need that pops up, and since they have an "emergency dispatch" service, that has come in handy many times. They have done an excellent job If you're in the production or events industry, you'll understand how important the service that they provide is! I would definitely recommend them!

Being a historic building, it took a while to find a consistent plan to address our needs, but the leadership at Jackpot is committed to customer service. We finally found a way to accommodate being sure we had the same custodian week to week since certain protocols, especially related to COVID, won't work on historic finishes. The owner personally steps in when needed on projects that require special attention. A great group that we're pleased to be working with.

Team #5 is awesome! Delmy and Vilma are prompt, courteous, always friendly, and leave my home looking and smelling great. Sometimes there is a third team member, and they are all highly professional. I've had to reschedule my cleanings a lot this summer, and the office staffers have been very flexible.

Team #20, Lisa and Norma, did an amazing job. I recently lost my father and had let my place go, but they came in and really helped me reset everything where I needed it to be. I truly thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
