Title: Disappointed with the Cleaning Service

I recently hired Rent Maids for a deep bathroom cleaning, I paid 351.00$ for 3 bathrooms and a small basement.
I was extremely disappointed. It looked like the cleaning was never done at all. Surfaces were still dirty, and there were spots that were clearly missed. I expected a thorough job, but instead, I ended up with a bathroom that didn’t feel clean at all. I won’t be using their services again.
***The owner replied after I contacted their business on the same day as the cleaning. I posted my review 24 hours later and emailed them today, but I have not received a response. Their reply seems to be just a cover-up. Unfortunately, Google Maps does not allow replies here.

I called them to clean a home that had been sitting for over a year. They were easy to schedule, competitively priced, showed up on time, were friendly and easy to work with, and were thorough and efficient getting our home in a beautiful condition. All in all a great experience and i will be using them again in the future.
