Just had a great experience with Hadeed Carpet Cleaning! We had two (one small and one medium) oriental rugs sent for cleaning. They did an exceptional job cleaning the rugs, and we appreciated that pick up and drop off were included. All staff - via phone, email, and in person - were very kind, helpful, and professional. Will use again + will recommend, thank you Hadeed!

Had a great experience with them. I had two relatively cheap rugs, one large Ikea shag rug and a pricer runner. Pickup, cleaning and delivery was under $250.

Delivery guy, Raphael, and his partner, were both super sweet.

Hadeed carpet driver parked at my private parking in DC and was very rude when I told him not to park. You need to tell him not to destroy your company reputation.

The man that accompanied the two cleaning ladies was unbelievably rude to me as soon as I met him, and for what reason? I am the paying customer who was not satisfied because they missed a few spots previously. What is my motive to lie? Do you think I want to take out another hour of my day for the cleaning. But they instead were accusing me of lying and cursing at me and telling me how they cant imagine I live in such a filthy place. Why do I have to have this abuse hurled at me from the people whose services I paid for? On your website you show that you guys are professional and care about the customer and want my full satisfaction. It is completely unprofessional to have these people berate me when i spoke to them respectfully. I hope you guys take some steps towards resolving this, because it is completely unacceptable.

I have been using this company for several years. I use them for my own home and for cleanings of my rental properties. I love that I can book online and communication with the crew is excellent.

The website, communication, and customer service experience were outstanding. Unfortunately, that was where the high marks stopped. The actual cleaning service was lackluster at best and they did such a poor job the first time, they had to come back. No surfaces were dusted, the living room rug was not vacuumed, and they threw away several items that should not have been. The first cleaning felt like they did the bare minimum and for the make up cleaning service, they sent one of the same women from the day before, so it definitely felt like she wasn’t committed to rectifying the issues from the day before. Overall, I appreciated the systems and communication but the actual service did not meet my expectations after such a high recommendation.

Customer service was amazing . Was able to explain everything I wanted in detail and felt like they would exceed expectations.

The cleaning lady did as little as she could. The guy was understanding and went behind me and realized that the lady did not clean but just rinsed out the showers . Under the sink bowls were dry water stains and the floors were not swept or mopped.

The pictures she have shows the before and after the rinse… but to see with the natural eye and run your finger on the tub to still find soap scum proves that there was no scrubbing involved in her cleaning methods . I was referred but wish I would have read the reviews first! I have to go back and do an additional cleaning before my tenant move in this week. I paid $300 for a deep cleaning, this is completely Unacceptable. I will not be using this service again nor will I recommend. I will also let the person who referred me know how bad the services was Very Sad customer

Maids In Black is the best cleaning company you can hire in DC period. I've been having them come out and do a recurring cleaning on my apartment twice a month and it's just so nice to always have a super clean place.

They make it super simple to book online and manage your service so I really never have to think about it.

These guys were awesome. Showed up on time, super chill, and got straight to work. My place was a mess (not even gonna lie lol) but they had it looking brand new in just a few hours. They even hit spots I didn’t even think about cleaning, like behind the couch and the baseboards. Price was fair too, def worth it. I’ll for sure be using them again — highly reccomend!

Honestly, can’t say enough good things about them. They showed up right when they said they would and didn’t waste any time. My apartment hasn’t looked this clean in forever and they even got the spots I always forget about.

The bathroom mirror was spotless, the kitchen sink was shining, and my floors were done really well. Only thing I can say is they cleaned better then I could 😅. Price felt really fair too. Can't complain

I seriously don’t know how I survived before finding this cleaning crew.
