Very dedicated and very responsive to communication and always accommodating with scheduling. They went above and beyond, cleaning areas I hadn't thought. My bathroom had a some stains on floor tile and Deny was magical she made it look like it was before.

Deny is THE BEST! She and her team have been cleaning my house monthly for the last 7 years and I am always impressed with their quality and speed. Plus, they are incredibly nice to work with and very communicative.

Plus - they did the move-out clean for my mother’s last apartment (a space that hadn’t had a professional clean in about 6 years), and they made it shine like new.

One of the worst customer service experiences. Rude staff and acute lack of interest and effort to provide customer with any information or updates. Will not be using again.

Beware!!!! 3rd world operation and totally shady. Please read the contract. They damaged 100K worth of carpets and refuse to acknowledge. We are in a legal battle. Hard to believe they still exist.

I had an initial issue with them when I had to call and find out when my rugs were going to be delivered, and they tried to charge me double what I had originally been quoted (although after much back and forth they admitted their mistake and made this right). I paid for an express service which was around $236 for two rugs (about $118 per rug). Express service means that they do not inspect the rugs after being cleaned. I had assumed there was a difference between a detailed inspection VS seeing that a giant stain in the center of the rug was still plainly visibly after cleaning. I think the cleaning service they performed actually made this stain worse than it was before, because it’s as if the cleaning they did brought more stain to the surface of the rug.

I called to complain and they insisted there was nothing to be done because I didn’t pay for an inspection. I paid $118 for my rug to look worse than it did before. Never going to this place again.
