There teally IS a difference -- a good one -- dealing with a multi-generational family business! Prompt, neat, polite and above all 100% competent. I have read that some think they are more expensive that others. I do not know about that. I DO know that to attract and retain a team of experienced, well-trained and skilled technicians, they have to be paid properly....and that the result is consistently high service.
