Hakim is the best tech that I have ever seen. His work is amazing, great knowledge to find the fault and to repair it on the same visit.

I think Hugee may be a scam, DO NOT call them. They will come and charge $200+ for a simple diagnosis and then you will never get any follow through on repair services. Take your money elsewhere.

The absolute worst experience ever. Do not use this company/contractor if you have any other options… horrible customer service, does not communicate at all about what they’re doing or how they can help, and does not work with any sense of urgency. AC broke during the hottest time of the year and they never tried to convey any desire to help or fix the problem without being hounded over and over again first. Extremely expensive, and no where near worth the cost. Will NEVER use them again

The Hugee Corp. is a 5 star plus(5+) company. Notified them one evening with my A/C problem, and they were out the next day. The Tech diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running in less than an hour. He was professional and courtesy. I'm happy and cool!! Thank you, Hugee Corp... 😊

I recently contracted Hugee Corporation to replace an aging Carrier unit with a High Efficiency (16 Seer) Goodman condenser, coil and humidifier. The HVAC technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The entire installation was successfully completed in less than three hours. All of the old equipment was hauled away and the technicians used lots of company provided floor coverings for extra protection making cleanup quick and easy. Hugee Corporation provided very competitive pricing for equipment and services rendered. I highly recommend Hugee Corporation for all HVAC sales and service needs.

I met the Hugee’s at the commanders game, after my dad didn’t have a place to sit and couldn’t see very well in his wheelchair. They allowed us to come into their suite, just by speaking to them I could tell they are good, genuine people. They helped my dad get out of his wheelchair and accommodated us. It was so nice to meet them- would love to do work with them one day, just because they are awesome, great people!!!! Thanks again and hope to see y’all at another commanders game !

Hugee corporation visit was great, full detail information was given about our question and concerns. Worker were really professional in handling themselves, we had multiple jobs being done at once. Cleaning our ducks and install, highly recommend this Black owned company for your HVAC needs.

The job was done right—the first time. It was difficult to get a technician but once he arrived, he completed a very thorough assessment and fixed the issue correctly the first time. The repair cost more than I hoped but at least it is fixed and fixed correctly.

Hugee Corp was able to solve a problem with my businesses system that literally 4 other companies could not resolve over 5 years! They stuck with the problem until it was finally resolved. Thank you

I have always received outstanding service from Hugee Corporation. The service person is always polite and respectful. They always keep me abreast of what is going on and the approximate time of completion. The office staff is great also!

Antonio and JL took conducted a thorough analysis of my system to figure out the problem. I felt that they were knowledgeable and concerned about making sure the issue was resolved. We have to follow up to seal my ducts, but the service was excellent.

Hugee did the original install of all the HVAC systems in the Mosaic District townhomes 10 years ago. Yesterday evening, when I noticed that our upstairs unit began blowing less than cool air, I called them up and was able to get an appointment for this morning.

Antonio and Kevin made the trek from DC to Fairfax and arrived promptly. They were respectful, professional, courteous and were able to quickly identify the issue with our air conditioner on the roof of our 4 story home. They located a small leak in the Schrader valve of the unit, and after a quick replacement and refill of coolant, we were back in business -- which was a huge relief given the expenses of replacement and the anticipated record setting temperatures this summer in the DC/NoVA region.

One the repair had been made, and after a few minutes, Antonio shared with me that he was reading a cool 52 degrees from our warmest duct.

I highly recommend this company. Antonio and Kevin are trustworthy and down to earth, were super nice to our 3 year old son, and answered both his an my questions, and they even went so far as to break down the ladder that I had set up and move it to a secure location on the terrace before they left.

Thank you Antonio, Kevin and Hugee - will definitely keep this service in mind should anything come up in the (hopefully distant) future!

Yesterday I called Hugee Corporation for their help in fixing my air condition unit that was not working. Around 9:30 a.m. this morning, the company dispatched one of their worker to my home, and upon checking the system, he was able to spot the problem right away. He discovered the compactor was bad, he when to the shop to retrieve the new part for the AC system, replaced it and the system is working awesome. Hugee Corporation was very professional and the technician was well verse as to what was required for the system to work properly. My family was very happy with the service that was rendered. I am therefore recommending Hugee Corporation as an excellent Air Condition Company. I will make sure and past on this information to all of my family and friends. Again thanks, I am colder than ever, and I am actually dressed accordingly for the flow of the air that is coming out from the system.

My experience with this company has been horrible to say the least. Sadly since I’m in a new build home, the warranty is through this company and I had to use them.

My HVAC stopped working after a year in November. The technician that was sent to my home did not fix the main issue and did a temporary fix. My home continued to lose heat over the course of two months. After sending the same technician to my home again, and him needing backup from two colleagues to “find” the problem. I was told the pipes installed originally were inverted and the only solution is to cut a 2x2 hole in my ceiling to redirect the pipes. After spending the entire day “fixing” the HVAC issues I wake up this morning to a leak in the pipe they fixed! I’ve called the company and they will not put me in contact with the supervisor, they said he/she will call me and I have yet to hear from them. I’m extremely frustrated, disappointed that not only did they not resolve the issue, now they have created more problems. Please save your time, and money and don’t bother with this company. This is how they treat their customers.

Hugee has provided excellent customer service. They have been very thorough in assessing the issue with my system and provided viable affordable options to address the repairs. They have also been very responsive to each phone call and all of my questions without losing patience with me. Great HVAC company!

Hugee provides preventive maintenance in my 3 commercial rooftop units. I have found them to be knowledgeable, honest in their assessment and reliable. I’ve used other HVAC companies over the past 35 years in business but none like Hugee. The other companies every time they serviced my rooftop units they found a problem. Not Hugee. I TRUST Hugee!!
