i recently scheduled an air duct and vent cleaning service. the whole process, from arranging the cleaning to the arrival of the technicians, was smooth and professional. the technicians, robert and matthew, arrived within the scheduled timeframe and provided clear explanations about their work, without being aggressive about suggesting additional services. after discussing their tasks, which included dryer vent cleaning and vents sanitization alongside the main cleaning, they provided me with an updated estimate before starting their work. they were capable of answering all my questions and were a pleasure to interact with. i regret not taking a picture of all the dust, hair, and random debris they extracted using their vacuum truck. my favorite discovery was a small toy dinosaur, presumably misplaced by a previous resident's child. i felt the cost was reasonable for the services rendered and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again for future air duct and vent cleaning needs.
