Matthew came out to our church building in Washington to give us an estimate for air duct cleaning. After carefully inspecting our ducts with a flashlight, he explained that the inside of our ductwork was actually clean. He pointed out that the dust we noticed near the ceiling vent was likely coming from below and getting blown onto the ceiling tiles as the air moved through the vent. Unlike other companies we contacted, who either pushed for the cleaning or didn’t mention that it might not be needed, Matthew was honest and let us know that a cleaning wasn’t necessary for this building. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We also had Matthew check out our other building, and he let us know that our daycare area could benefit from a thorough air duct cleaning. We’re grateful for his straightforward approach and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy air duct cleaning services in Washington.

robert and his team did a fantastic job cleaning out our air ducts. as new homeowners, we wanted to make sure all the old dust and debris from previous residents was completely removed. the crew was careful and made sure to sweep the floors before they left, which i really appreciated. they used a lot of equipment and worked efficiently, and i was glad they put any vent debris into the trash cans so everything stayed tidy. the price was very fair and i got an honest quote on the phone with no surprises or hidden fees. i would definitely recommend this air duct cleaning service and will call robert again when it’s time for the next cleaning!

Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!

We were referred to Fry Plumbing by our longtime plumber, Bauer Plumbing, whose owner is retiring. We had a clogged drain in an upstairs sink that we had tried but failed to snake out. The plumber from Fry came early, was friendly and efficient, and did the work for a fair price.

I needed to have the flue pipe, heater to chimney replaced and Mark and his assistant accomplished this. They found that the burner tube was blocked which they removed and cleaned. I was very pleased that they could come on a short notice and get our heat back on. They both perfomed the tasks very in a professional manner. I hightly recommend Fry to anyone needing heating and cooling work done.

This is my go to plumbing company. I have old house and they fixed matters with old and outdated plumbing. They’re friendly, efficient, and respectful. They all know each others expertise. They give advice/tips on pop-up problems for me, and they’ll tell me who will probably come out when I call to address the issue. I know most of them by name!
