Always fast and super reliable. Fry has saved our butts several times over, most recently with a replacement hot water tank that sprung a leak.

Mark was fantastic. He was super responsive and knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to squeeze me in. I was very impressed by his work and feel grateful that he was the man on the job.

The technical arrived 15 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed my furnance issue and went to the store to purchase the part. He replaced the damaged part and my furnce is now functioning perfectly. Just in time for cold weather. I would definitely recommend Fry and will use them again in the future.

I returned home late one evening to find that my AC was no longer working. I called Fry the next morning at 7:30 am and they had a team out within the hour. Speedy and effective-- would hire them again!

I initially had a good experience with this company when they installed my HVAC system back in 2021. The foreman, Mark Peregoy was knowledgeable and haven’t had issues since. What is really alarming is the lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness of their sales guy, Patrick Clary. I emailed him twice and followed up a third time to get a quote for a new job. I even enlisted Mark Peregoy who promised to have him contact me that day. He blew me off again. Maybe they are not interested in bidding for new business so you are better off taking your business elsewhere. I have never experienced anything like this where salespeople don’t follow up on a lead.

Fry Plumbing was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thomas came out to check our kitchen sink sprayer, determined we probably needed a new one, ordered the part, came back and installed it. We then learned the sprayer wasn’t the root of the problem. He advised us on replacement options and then installed our new setup. They didn’t charge us for the unused sprayer, which was really nice. Every time we reached out they came within a day or 2 at most, followed up, and didn’t try to oversell us on what was needed. We’ll be using Fry again!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Fry Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Corp. today (1/11/24); from the initial call I made to them (I spoke w/Johnny), to the arrival of the technicians (Alex & Jeff), to the completion of the work. They arrived about 10 a.m. & the problem was solved before 10:30 a.m. Johnny, Alex & Jeff were professional but most of all, very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! Fry Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is the absolute best! The integrity of this company is bar none! Company for 10 years and one thing I have to say I like about them is they know their craft and are quite truthful in your diagnosis-most importantly, if there’s not an issue, they’re gonna tell you upfront and then recommend when to get your HVAC or heater serviced again in the winter and or fall. Love this company!

We had a sudden leak from our first-floor shower into the basement this morning, and Bill Fry came highly recommended -- for good reason! They had a technician to us within the hour. Michael W. was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He figured out our shower problem and also provided very reasonable bids for other work I told him we were planning. I look forward to working with him again during our water heater install.

Boiler replacement work for an Assisted Living community-This team is amazing! They took on a full emergency job without hesitation and were able to pull everything together within a few hours last night. The team arrived early this morning with even better options then originally offered to meet our needs and saved our company a lot of money in the long run. I had been looking for a plumber to replace my water heater which was in a very tight location. All other plumbers gave me a quote but Johnny not only gave me a quote, he took the time to talk to me on the phone for 20 minutes explaining the whole process and what would be needed to get my old tank out and put a new one in. His two plumbers who showed up, William and Casey, were on time and managed to get the old heater out without cutting into the drywall!! All the other plumbers I talked to said they would have to cut into my drywall but William and Casey were able to do it without making any more cuts in my wall. They were very kind and helpful answering my questions about plumbing advice. Highly recommend this company, they did really good work and were very efficient and all people I worked with were very kind and professional. You won’t go wrong with Fry plumbing!!!

Fry been my go-to company for the past eight years for any HVAC and plumbing needs. I trust this shop; they are honest and straightforward - there's no upselling and the pricing is very fair. They are responsive and on-time; I appreciate their two hour appointment windows compared to the 4-8 hour blocks offered by other companies.
