These guys were the best! From the first phone call that was concise, informative, professional, to their arriving EXACTLY on time, they examined the problem, explained it clearly, did everything right, and they fixed it. A long standing problem was fixed perfectly and in a short time.
I would use them again, and recommend them to any of my friends. Excellent!

I called on Monday after our business HVAC died and my usual servicer couldn't commit to getting it fixed for a whole week. Chase not only beat the price quoted by the other provider, but hustled to get us back up and running the NEXT DAY. This was a full unit replacement/install, not just a quick patch job. We have a row house in ADMO with a uniquely compact unit that their lead, Mark was able to locate for us. The team that arrived got it done despite looking at a total of 5 vendors none of which could without additional carpentry. Fry was the only place who found the unit that would fit. Good guys, straight shooters and proficient...

After a few bad experiences with plumbers in DC, I just wanted to write a quick review to say I've had a great experience with Fry each of the three times I've used them (mostly minor plumbing issues - and they had to replace a leaky pipe once). They are professional, friendly, don't try to sell you things you don't need, and they do good work. They're probably not the cheapest around. But after having some awful experiences with the cheap places (and having to hire new plumbers to fix their work), I don't mind paying for the professionalism and having a plumber I can trust.

Another good experience with Fry Plumbing. Had outdated shower heads and handles replaced in my 4 bathrooms. Look great. Fry's prices are very reasonable. Plumbers that use the "book's" pricing would have charged me three to four times what I paid. Have recommended Fry to friends.

Had new HVAC and gas water heater installed. I was desperate because I could not get any local plumbers for emergency. Not only did Fry go out of there way to help me, they came the next day. Completed all work needed very efficiently and reasonably priced. Haven’t had a single issue since. Installer friendly, knowledgeable and left work area spotless. Incredible customer service at a reasonable price.

Inconsiderate drivers for this company. They prevent handicap people from accessing their homes and move their stuff as if they own it. Have your drivers to do better.
