Mo was beyond professional and incredible to work with. I just moved into a new place and my central AC unit was leaking. He came and diagnosed what we thought was the issue. When he left I turned it back on and the leak continued. I texted him and he came right back at 9:30PM! He found the correct issue and fixed it for me for no extra charge. Highly recommend working with him.

Highly recommend ! Found this emergency AC repair through an internet search. Amazing communication and accurate assessment on timing of arrival. Polite, quick and can do attitude fixed our system and back to a working air conditioner. I appreciate the honesty with timing and heads up on arrival. Most of the emergency services didn’t bother to call me back ! Love my new thermostat :)

Having had bad experiences with prior HVAC companies who tried to use scare tactics to sell us a new furnace/ac system, instead of simply repairing and servicing our perfectly good existing older units, we were looking for a good independent HVAC company who would help us maintain and service our system until we are ready for our complete home renovation when we’ll put in an entirely new HVAC system. We found that company and person with Mohamed and DC AC and Heating repair. He was prompt, honest, and understood our needs and did a very thorough job cleaning and servicing our furnace for the season. We would highly recommend Mohamed to any of our friends.

Great service!! My furnace broke last night and I needed help as it was really cold. Every place I called said they didn’t do after hours (even when their websites said differently). AC Repair came at 10pm and got it working temporarily so I could sleep and then ordered the new part in the morning. I would highly recommend!! Nice and helpful technician too!

Mohamed is a national treasure! Our HVAC furnace stopped working last week, and our property manager called a different company at first. That company spent 2 hours troubleshooting the issue, and left without solving anything. In fact that company just recommended that we get a brand new HVAC unit.

Thankfully the property manager reached out to this company and Mohamed came to our place to look at the issue. It took him roughly 10 minutes to figure out the issue and get the furnace working again. Not only that, Mohamed took the time to thoroughly explain what he did, and how I can fix it myself in the future. You don’t find HVAC technicians like Mohamed, he is really one of a kind!

We reached out late in the day after being ghosted by another company for more than a week, leaving us with no heat as temperatures dipped below freezing. I am absolutely floored by the experience I just had with this business. I contacted them this morning when my air conditioner stopped working. Mohammed asked me to send him pictures, which I did. He replied that it looked like a very simple fix and asked if I would like him to walk me through it. Mind you, I wasn’t an existing customer or anything. I was skeptical but said sure. I FaceTime-ed him and he walked me through a simple fix that took less than 5 minutes and worked! He probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I am a first time homeowner who just found the best HVAC guy in the world!

I am very happy with my experience with AC Repair DC! I sent Mohamed some pictures of my HVAC unit and after talking through what the problem was, he provided repair options and price estimates before coming over the same night to fix my heat. I appreciated him walking through the issue with me and teaching me more about how to take care of my HVAC. He was kind and did not try and upsell me on extra services.
