Absolutely unbelievable. The first appointment was a NO CALL NO SHOW after I waited around for hours, then they came unannounced a few days later while I wasn't home and had to leave. So I booked a new appointment weeks out, pestered them for confirmation, called to confirm again the day before and they said it would be next month. No person I talked to ever had any clue what I had said to the person working the day before, and everyone was instantly rude and dismissive as soon as they picked up the phone. Would give negative stars if I could.

The folks at Jimmy Gusky are all highly skilled and did an excellent job replacing my AC unit! They provided a great low cost option to avoid unnecessary crane expenses for my rowhome installation, and performed the service quickly within a week of my request. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC installation or repair work, specifically in DC homes.

Jimmy Gusky Heating & Air LLC arrived late, rushed the repair, and the issue returned days later. Calls were ignored afterward, leaving us frustrated and needing another technician to fix it.

Original tech came over to the house, but was not qualified to diagnose the problem with my boiler. He called the owner and Jimmy came over and diagnosed the problem. Set up a service call two days later and the texh came over and fixed the problem with my boiler Appreciated Jimmy sending over the proper people to fix my problem.

Follow-up calls were ignored, and we had to hire another company to fix the same issue properly. Overall, it was a frustrating and costly experience.

Replacement of blower motor in furnace. Personnel arrived on time, good since it was an emergency call. Everything went smoothly enough, and the repair solved the problem. One thing, I was not quoted the price before the work started. However, I did online research to determine that the price was fair (not bargain basement, but yes, fair).

A very positive experience. Reliable and timely is everything a customer wants when something goes wrong with the HVAC. Im addition to having repair work done, we have purchased new HVAC systems as well.

Quick to respond when help was requested and provided same-day service. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue (blown 3 amp fuse) and replaced the bad part. Issue resolved in less than 20 min and we have heat again. Price was totally reasonable. Couldn’t be happier! Recommend and will use again!

Our experience with Jimmy Gusky Heating & Air LLC was extremely disappointing. The technician arrived late, barely explained the problem, and rushed through the repair. Within days, the same issue returned, leaving our home without proper heating. Multiple follow-up calls and messages were ignored, and no one took responsibility. We eventually had to hire another HVAC company to diagnose and fix the problem correctly. What should have been a simple service call turned into wasted time, extra expense, and a lot of unnecessary stress.

I am so lucky I called this company. They came out within less than an hour.

Great service my Ac failed last night they came out this morning and repaired it technican was knowledgeable and professional was able to fix it same day , happy with the service and highly recommend them .

I never write bad reviews but all I can say is this was a lot of work on my end to get someone to return my calls and handle our broken AC system and they came twice and told me it was fixed and it wasn't. End of story. No thanks. Not the service company for me.
