Highly recommend Ken - my AC broke during the hottest days of the year and he was quick to diagnose the issue, and get it all fixed for a very reasonable price!

The technician (Tekle) was on-time and extremely professional. Answered all of my questions and was very patient with several follow-up questions. Service quality was outstanding. Highly recommend for HVAC services.

Got an estimate for repair and set-up a date. took time off of work and technician didn't show up or call. called back to see what happened and re-scheduled because mistakes happen. another no-show. called back again to speak with a supervisor and got no apology, he had no idea where his technician was and he tried to reschedule again.... at this point i asked to speak with the owner and was told he'd call me back. no call from the owner. so i took time off of work, got nothing repaired and have to call someone else to start this process over again.

zero.zero stars. should be negative as i'm still dealing with my issue and this company doesn't seem to care.

After getting a run around by others, I was blessed to get in contact with Airmaster. They came on time, explained the issue and fixed the problem at a fair price. This company knows what they are doing and are remarkably professional. If you want to get a job done with a reliable company, Airmaster is your best bet!

I'm not petty enough to ever take the time out of my life to write a review online but honestly this place is despicable I'm pretty sure any other AC repair place would be better than this. I have no idea how they are even still in business. Don't expect to get a call back, you'll have to call them multiple times just to get somewhere to come fix your AC.

Not only that, but they don't know what they're doing because when they first said my AC was fixed, it wasn't, and it still had the same problems that I described to them when they first came.

The first day I called the business was extremely busy. The owner himself reached out to me and made my home a priority to come to due to the timing. He fixed my heater and a/c and looked out due to the timing issue. They’re reasonable and make sure that they get the job done! I now have my go to HVAC company !

I worked with Mohammed, who updated me every step along the way. He was stuck on a previous job, and responded to my text checking in. After the visit, there was still an issue (having nothing to do with his work), and on a Sunday, he video chatted with me to see what was going on, then came in the evening to finalize the repair. It goes without saying that the work he and his team did was great.

The office was extremely helpful as well. They got me in less than 48 hours after I called in. And when an earlier appointment became available, the staff called to see if I wanted to be fit in earlier.

I’ve never worked with such a responsive company. I will continue to use air master, and recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Really honest folks. I called them for a second opinion after FH Furr said my broken A/C needed to be completely replaced (for over $20K). Air Master discovered a simple, elegant, and inexpensive solution that immediately worked, didn’t try to upcharge or sell me unnecessary services, and even encouraged holding off on having them do additional work until the fall. Bottom line is these guys are smart and honest. They made lifelong customer out of me.

Came out after our a/c unit failed during a heat wave and promptly identified and fixed the problem. The house was cooled back down in no time once they fixed our problem. Very friendly and talked you through all the issues and gave us options to pick from. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend highly enough!! Called on a 95 degree day in a holiday weekend when my AC stopped working. Ismel came out within an hour (!!) of my call, got on the roof, and diagnosed the issue. He explained the options to me, replaced the parts, and was very reasonable in pricing. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend to everyone!

Air Master (specifically Ken Ali) are HVAC wizards! They figured out a complex issue left over from a new install done by different company.

The original company had come by 5 times and not yet solved the issue, which Ken made quick work of. Would highly his company to anybody looking for honest and high quality HVAC work.

Great company! very responsive, came in the day i called, my heater stopped working the night before and i was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I was glad to have my heat back, they made the process very easy, the tech explained everything to me and had a neat job. I would definitely use them again!

So thankful that I found this company online. This week the blower motor went out in my HVAC unit. Within one day the service tech had come out, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the broken motor. Not only was the service prompt but they kept me informed the entire time and had very fair pricing. Highly recommend if you have any HVAC issues.

I called Air Master's after 5:pm when my a/c stopped cooling. Ken arrived at my home in a few hours and quickly diagnosed my problem,which was a bad compressor. He explained the best options for my unit, and was very professional, and efficient.

Our high velocity AC unit stopped working over the weekend and I called first thing on Monday. They sent someone that afternoon. Ken - the technician - diagnosed the issue, replaced a burnt wire, and cleaned the coils. It’s working great now. Highly recommend. And thanks Ken!
