We moved into our home earlier this year. It is 70 years old and has never had central air. Adonis came out quickly and quoted a very good price for a new Bryant system. He and his crew did a great job keeping the work area clean and the dust down. He took his time and made the installation look great. I highly recommend Riley Heat and Air for any residential install.

Riley Heat and Air replaced my 20 year old heat pump on 6/14/2019. From the initial estimate to the installation I found them to be professional, and really knowledgeable. Adonis was great! He answered all of my questions and helped to ease some of the anxiety that comes along with having to replace a major system in your home. On installation day. They were on time, came in, got the job done, made sure that everything was cleaned up and then gave me an overview of my new heat pump. Once I got the overview, Adonis helped with the online registration of my system as well as the set up of my new smart thermostat. I highly recommend Riley Heat and Air and Will definitely be calling on them for any of my future heat and air needs.

I am extremely happy with the experience I've had with Riley
heat and air!! We worked with the same tech that did our estimate (great to deal with the same person all the way through the process). Adonis was great, honest, fair price (when other company were going to charge almost double), to the point, efficient and always answered my calls and texts whenever I had any questions and I can't say that about any of the other companies that we initially attempted to work with. My wife and I bought this dc row home in April, winter is fast approaching, our furnace and water heater desperately needed updating. Some of the other "bigger" companies we first contacted out right tried to rip us off. Another company just blew us off after we had everything set and ready to go. Adonis and his assistant Bruno did an outstanding job!! In the time frame they promised and at the estimated cost they told us in the beginning. They also pointed out to us that our core for the central air was extremely dirty and they professionally cleaned it. It was evident that the previous owners of the house rarely changed the air filter and that's a job that would have required a certified technician, taking out the furnace and we were very happy and relieved to get that job done as well. Thanks to the Riley, we will be nice and toasty this winter. I highly recommend them!!!

He was able to provide an estimate meaningfully below other two other companies I consulted and with no sacrifice on quality of product. He was easily accessible and communicative throughout the whole process and always open to and patient with my questions. Had a lot of work done on an older HVAC system and then had it replaced. Repairman Adonis from Riley was always professional, on time (even in emergencies), and direct with his recommendations. Definitely a trustworthy, dependable company that I would recommend for people in the DC area.

We had a great experience with Riley Heat and Air! Adonis came to our house in DC within hours of our call, diagnosed the issue and gave us a great quote on a new Carrier system. He installed the system the next day (yes, that fast!) and we were cool in no time. Adonis from Riley was incredibly responsive and knowledgable. He went above and beyond to fix our AC. He was incredibly responsive to calls and texts at all hours of the day. When he was on site, he worked quickly, answered all the questions and went above and beyond. Hands down the best AC tech I've ever worked with. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Wish I found them sooner, had another hvac company come out, couldn’t figure out what’s wrong and tell me I needed an electrician. Electrician came out and showed me nothing wrong with electrical. Riley heat and air came out found the problem promptly and addressed.

We love Adonis and call Riley for all our HVAC needs. We just purchased a new system from him to replace the cheap dying one. While he was waiting to take delivery of the new system, he came over and refilled our dying AC with refrigerant gratis to make sure we stayed cool while we waited. I highly recommend Adonis and I will sure turn to him next time I need something.

The Preventive maintenance plan is well worth the money. I am satisfied that my system will last longer.

Had to make an urgent appointment to fix my airco system at home. The company reacted promptly, showed up at the convenient time. Though it was 100 degrees outside the technician worked on the rooftop under the excruciating sun for an hour, fixed the system. I was very happy. Great easy communication and work done well!

I had my home HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner) replaced when my previous unit failed. I hired McMurray's Heating & AC to do the work. They provided a very reasonable estimate and kept to it, completing the work in a timely fashion. The unit has performed very well for several months now.
