I never wrote a review but now i did it. Our HVAC stop working when the heat is close to 100 F and imagine with 3 kids and newborn. We were really needed help badly and the Air Master Heating and Cooling team did the unexpected out of their busy schedule considering our family situation and provided us a great service with humanity. Kaled and Mohammod were exceptional, responsible, and helpful. They stayed till 10:00 pm to fix the issue. For us, there act was and beyond our expectation. They are easy to work with great price. Our air conditioning system went out when temperatures were nearly 100 degrees. We got extremely worried since we have kids. Called Air Master HVAC and they were super friendly and figured out / resolved the issue right away. Will be recommending to everyone I know for all HVAC services and repairs. You guys rock!

Really thankful to Air Master for scheduling a routine maintenance with me. They called me 20 to 30 minutes before they arrived. When they got to my apartment, they inspected my HVAC and were thorough in explaining what they were inspecting and testing to make sure everything worked. Great experience. AC stopped cooling on a 90 degree day. We called and they had a tech out in a few hours. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the issue but also gave us helpful tips on maintaining our HVAC. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Ken!

Air masters replaced our AC which had died in the middle of a 100 degree heatwave. They were very quick to respond and come out, and were able to temporarily get our AC running while we were waiting for parts to come in for the new unit.
They installed new duct work so we could control our AC separately upstairs and down and did an excellent job. Ken’s crew was very professional and respectful of our property and Ken stopped by during the job to make sure everything was going ok. Would recommend to anyone who needs a repair or new AC.

Ken and Isaac helped me when my compressor had a leak. They tested and found the source, fixed it, and replaced all the freon.

Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Ken helped break down the pricing so I knew exactly what I was paying for. While it was an expensive fix, I think they gave me as good of a rate as possible. Fixed everything very quickly too. Would recommend.

AWESOME, AWESOME!!! I called around 12pm on a Saturday. My AC was just not cooling. They were able to get to me a few hours later on the same day. I was notified when the tech was on the way. The tech came in very professional and got us cool again. I would definitely refer them to anyone who needs AC service.

Air Maters Heating and Cooling were great. Very professional, pleasant, and experienced in the type of AC brand I have. I have a Mitsubishi they know exactly what to do to fix the problem the first time they came out. They ordered the part and came to fix it and it was fixed and now it’s back up and running. I would recommend them to everyone. They do not try and have you pay to fix extra things that are not broken. Or pay extra money for other things. They just do good honest business.

I had an issue with my lennox g20 furnace and nobody seemed to be able to come over and check out what was wrong with it. I had myself figured out that it wasn't anything at least obvious to me. I called and explained what was going on and the tech helped me over the phone and in minutes had it running again. It happened to be that the outlet my Condensate pump was plugged in to is bad and I can can fix that easily. I will be calling them first when I need anything else done. So awesome. Thanks so much for your help.

Can't thank Adonis enough! Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Had an issue with my auxiliary/emergency heat and he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix it as soon as the part came in.

The reviews are all true. I was extremely skeptical during my search for a company to fix my HVAC system in my condo. Due to, two other companies quoting me way too much money and I had problems getting ahold of them.

I did some research and came across these positive reviews on Riley Heat & Air. Long story short, they are all true. From the first call to the service call, the experience was fantastic. I was called frequently to be updated on the status of my HVAC unit. The technician explained everything they would attempt in order to fix the unit. I was even told if they were not able to fix the unit, they wouldn't charge me for the removal and service call: how about that for customer service.

In the end, my HVAC unit was fix in less time than was originally estimated and I'm now left with the feeling that I have an awesome company to whom I will call if I have any other HVAC needs going forward.

We had an issue with our heating on a cold night - Riley came right out that night. They diagnosed issue right away and it was fixed. The Riley team was great and very friendly. We will be using them next time.

In a sea of HVAC companies these guys stand out like no other. We recently purchased an old row home in DC knowing we would have to replace our central A/C unit. We received about 5 estimates and these guys not only were the lowest and offered the most generous warranty they also left us with the best impression. They delivered as promised and also did extra work at no additional charge. If you need HVAC work done look no further! These guys are professional, deliver as promised, and very reasonable!

Very helpful! They came within 90 minutes (after hours) on a sweltering day. They were patient, direct, and walked me through everything they did.

What a nightmare! I hired them to fix a broken ac less than one hour ago. They gave me one year warranty. I I call and the said it was still covered. Some came over to take a look at and order parts. Again, he asked me to show credit card charge and I was expecting just service fee ( what I was told over the phone ). After equipment was installed they gave me a $1500 bill. I was like " what"?!! They took $500 off, but we had to ad gas end this and that. I felt ripped off!!!!! One one mentioned $1500 at anytime until service was done.

Owning my first place and having to deal with HVAC issues was daunting....I've read a number of bad reviews for other companies before coming across Riley Heat and Air. The technician was on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service - which is hard to find these days! Several days later i had an electrical circuit breaker issue in additon to the first capacitor problem and the same rep was giving me advice on what to do over text messages after work hours - what company does that these days?! Super impressed. He even came out a second time (worked around my schedule) and found the problem/issue. I wish all contractors were so pleasant to deal with and were so responsive.

Riley Heat & Air absolutely came through in the clutch. My condo HVAC unit was totally on the fritz on one of the hottest days of the year and they made it to my in peak season within an hour of my call. Typing this while bathing in AC and giving my blessings to Riley Air and my fantastic tech. Couldn't recommend more.
