I have used Hugee Corp for years and have always gotten great service. The only reason not granting 5⭐️ this time was due to having to reschedule the first appointment due to the service person not arriving during the window and running late for the reschedule.

Please call the customer to advise if service person is running behind schedule.

At the peak of Summer 2023 my HVAC unit completely stopped working. I guess it was time because it was the original unit of the house built in 1986. In any event, I knew exactly who to call without hesitation. The crew that I know could get the job done, the Hugee Corporation. The crew gave me an estimate to my satisfaction and started work immediately. Every person, including the owner are professional, knowledgeable and personal in handling your electrical issues. They take the time to explain details and layman‘s terms. They are also respectful of your property. This was not the first time we’ve contracted work with the Hugee Corporation. Hugee Corp. has also installed Split Units in my garage and lower level. Both units continue to work excellent. Due to the above, I highly recommend the Hugee Corporation for any HVAC needs.

I have known about this company for quite some time, but never actually use them. I guess better late than never! The customer service from first contact was cordial, professional, and efficient. The technician was able to quickly ascertain my issue and provide a solution that was not only formable, but cost-effective. I think I found my guys for anything heating ventilation or air conditioning. Kudos!

My fan motor died in my 11 year old Carrier unit. Other companies told me to replace the unit but this was the first time it had ever given me problems. A friend recommended Hugee Corporation. I had the esteemed pleasure of having Mr. Hugee himself come out and address my concerns. He is one of the most kindest people I have met in a very long time. He fixed my unit with minimal effort and told me that I had at least another 5 years left on my unit. I am grateful and elated. So if you are considering calling, don't pick up the phone and call. Customer Service was top tier and this will now be my new HVAC company.

I had an amazing interaction with a pro named Hakim to look into a month old refrigeration issue with couple of my store equipments. He punctually showed up and took care of the issue professionally. He is indeed a few knowledgeable HVAC and refrigeration technicians that I interacted that knows what they are doing!

I would highly recommend the Hugee Company for your HVAC needs. The customer service is exceptional. The technician arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. He explained what the issues were with my system. He worked about 3 hours inside and outside to ensure that the system would continue to function. When he was finished, he again took the time to explain what he did and what I could do to help maintain my system. I was very impressed with the service. Melanie J.

Hugee corporation was contracted as the HVAC company for Tripointe homes in DC. They were to provide HVAC services, including installation and maintenance. Multiple units have experienced humidity issues with readings exceeding 70%, some of which have required mold remediation due to excessive humidity. Technicians have visited high-humidity homes reading greater than 50% in homes less than a year old and modified the alerts so that they no longer trigger.

On initial move-in, the AC unit in our home did not work. Multiple individuals had to contact Tripointe to request remediation due to humidity issues and concerns about HVAC problems.

Their scheduling and arrival times without notice have been an issue, as they often arrive outside of their confirmed appointment time or ask to come at their convenience, even when a technician is servicing another home and can stop by in 10 minutes.

I would not recommend this company.

Update, a technician came to our house to inspect. They reported everything was fine. They turned off the gas line, which caused our HVAC system to shut off. We called their emergency line, which was specifically set up for us, and the voicemail was full. I called their online emergency number, but I never received a callback. Luckily, we called a secondary team to review and were able to ameliorate the problem, but I again would not work with this company.

I had issues with my ice merchandizer freezer. Several tech can but no luck. Finally Akeem came and fixed it properly. Excellent employee, honed full of knowledge.

Techs are professional and knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning equipment. They perform a thorough job in maintaining your equipment as well as explain all options when it comes to providing the best heating solutions for you particular situation that is within your budget. Office staff are extremely friendly and responsive to the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Hugee Corporation.

I utilized Hugee to uninstall and reinstall my a/c due to unrelated issues with my pipes house. I found Lovie to have extremely high customer service skills. It was a complicated job in needing to coordinate Hugee’s work with that of DC water contractors who were inconsistent with the timing of the pipe work. Hugee was extremely accommodating with scheduling to get the air conditioner moved in time so the pipe work could occur and was extremely flexible in accommodating the reinstall. Moreover Andre and the other technicians were skilled, ultimate professionals as they did the work in my house. Hugee made a bad situation with DC Water so much better with their very high level of service on the air conditioner.

I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. They are now my go to air conditioner contractor.
