This is a small family run company. The owner is involved in the work load. They are reliable and thorough. They show up on schedule and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. We have been doing business with them for several months. Their pricing is very competitive. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good and fair landscaping service.

Ryan, his partner and their team are truly amazing! If you are looking for someone you can trust to do what is right for your property first and foremost, they are your landscaping experts.

I am a first-time homeowner with a property that has a large yard and mature tall trees. Since buying the house yard maintenance has practically taken over my life for nearly a year. R&D team to the rescue! I initially reached out to R&D because of a recommendation from a friend with an impeccable lawn maintained by them. My first thought was that I will need help with fall clean up. Ryan arrived to walk through my yard the very next day. He must have spent well over an hour with me. Not only did he evaluate the "task at hand", but gave me an absolute wealth of advice on lawn-care and reviving some of the sparse areas of grass. Ryan's genuine passion for his job, company, and lawn-care, as well as extensive knowledge really stood out. Much of the advice he gave me was something I could implement on my own (and I did). Since then, I've also asked the team to assist with mowing and trimming my yard while I was on a two week trip. I returned today after many windy/rainy fall days, to an impeccably clean, neat, and obviously cared for yard. It made my day to find my lawn better than I left it! Despite the fact that I hadn't yet engaged R&D for consistent services (intending to do so starting next season), the team was extremely meticulous as one might expect for a long-term client. Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. I also observed that the team is very mindful of the right conditions in which to perform their services. It is very much the opposite of a "one-fits-all" approach. They skip rainy days for mowing, adjust the trim hight to what is right for the lawn/season, and may elect to skip a week of mowing if the conditions of the lawn warrant it despite the loss in revenue for that week. I'd summarize my impressions by saying that R&D invests as much into its relationships with clients, as clients invest in the company - a somewhat scarce approach these days.

Terrible company to plan with. They schedule appointments, and don’t show up. We scheduled three separate appointments with Sean and he ghosted us. It’s unfortunate because we wanted to give them our business but they can’t manage their calendar and priorities correctly. I would not suggest working with this company.

Shawn and Dan totally redesigned our front yard and it is beautiful. Everyone I have worked with in the company have been pleasant, responsive and helpful.

Working with Concord Tree & Landscape was a refreshing experience. Shawn, Dan, and the whole team are professional and communicative. They worked with us on changes and take pride in a great job.

Sean was very unprofessional. Never showed up when he was supposed to for the initial work. When he finally got started on our yard, his workers dug a big trench to help with water pooling ( they worked really hard) few weeks later a huge dump of sod arrived and was dumped in the driveway, it sat there for 1 month. They finally came ( this is following Sooo many calls from us) spread the sod, ( never raking it)had hydro seed sprayed ( this is all In mid august) so NOTHING GREW! Several calls and texts to Sean with either no reply OR “ya we will come fix it”. The steps the put in our back yard came out great. Then we WAITED all fall , winter and spring for the refund he owed for the incompleted job…(as we waited long enough and decided to find someone else to complete the big part of the yard work) we’ll guess what? HE NEVER RESPONDED, or said check was in the mail. Finally, I year later we took him to small claims court to get our money back! Very disappointing

STAY AWAY.
Unprofessional crew with no attention to detail. No style when landscaping.

Missed patches of grass, bushes that need to be trimmed, and they don't use the appropriate tools.

They also have no problem leaving piles of mulch for weeks ("we'll be back") - worst of all, they have no respect for wetlands preservation.
