Reviews of local pros in Acton, Massachusetts

Beware!!! We were hired by Shawn McCarthy at Concord Landscape to do a 26 condo snow removal at Maple Meadows in Sudbury MA, on 1/25/26 & 1/26/26. Work was completed as agreed but no payment was ever received (over $2,000). Also, around the same time frame he hired us to do a 5 tree removal job. Gave us a deposit check, tried to cash it his bank declined (no funds) We removed 2 of the trees and half of one in the meantime then stopped work. After numerous attempts at trying to contact Shawn the owner via text, calls & calling the main office number (happens to be temp disconnected) decided to post our experience here on Google before taking legal action. I'm shocked this business is still running after seeing other reviews of so many others being stiffed for payment and lousy unfinished work. Also, not to mention the court documents showing liens put on his home for non-payments of leasing his shops. This is no way to run a business especially for someone with a family and kids. We all have families to provide for counting on the money we earned to pay our bills. Do your due diligence, find and research another company for your landscaping needs.

Clean job under short notice. Very reliable

I honestly didn't know what to expect at first, but after the job was finished, I was astonished. Great work

Service was above and beyond expected. Will use again in the future.

Courteous, responsive, on time and went the extra mile to make our yard look perfect!

Good job cleaning, prepping and waterproofing wooden deck railing, done professionally, accurately and quickly. Would recommend.

It was one of the best compaies that ever worked for me they did a wonderful job. I will definitely call to work for me again

Venancio did our yard cleanup after moving into a new house, hard worker and very thorough on cleanup!

I really wanted to keep using this firm since we have a lot of work for a reliable landscaper to do for us, but they left us high and dry after completing just 1/8 of the work they agreed to complete. I guess it happens.

Venancio did a fantastic job during fall clean up. Very professional guy.
Highly recommend ....

True professional! Great quality work, suggested several improvements to our landscaping work and completed it all quickly and with great care. Would definitely hire again!

-Vernacio Landscaping was superb! Cleomar came on very short notice and completed everything we asked for in record time! Highley recommend Cleomar and his company for any landscaping needs!

We are very happy with the service. Cleonmar was professional and on time. He made sure the work was completed and was very responsive. Will definitely use your services in future. Thank you!

Helped us put in a patio by doing the base work. Venancio was punctual, hard working and responsive to our questions. He was meticulous with making sure everything was level, despite very hot weather!

The workers did a very nice job on our yard. Venancio consulted with us on the crushed stone for the garden and did a nice job installing it. Will definitely ask him to do more work.

Cleomar did a great job fixing up my lawn. Very responsible. He did everything we agreed on plus he came few weeks later after the job was done to check and get rid of the weed.

We had Cleomar do spring cleanup of the flower beds, and remove a pretty large section of grass where we’re planting some flowering trees along the edge of some woods. He’s very responsive, easy to work with, and does fantastic work.

Great experience!!!! This man did a phenomenal job on my yard which was a mess. He got it back to looking good, was courteous, super hard working and did exactly what I wanted done. I highly recommend him. These days, when everything seems overpriced and unreliable, this was a very pleasant change! Use them.

Venancio Landscaping was true professional with great quality work. They helped us to put mulch, trim trees, remove wild vines and cleanup several awful areas. They are responsive, honest and professional. Highly recommend!
