Reviews of local pros in Acton, Massachusetts

Superior did a superb job on our yard, trimming overgrown bushes, cutting back tree limbs hanging over the drive, and more. They made arranging the job super easy, there communications were excellent, and were a pleasure to work with. We'll be using them again,

We recently had Superior Landscape Crew, LLC build a fire pit / patio for us. I cannot sing their praises enough about how lovely the entire experience was from planning to execution!! Abby and Roberto were so helpful in planning the project and in helping me clarify what I wanted and how they could get me there. Their office was extremely communicative during the process leading up to the actual construction. The construction went smoothly and we were informed on the process the whole time. Lastly, we've gotten so many compliments on the final product, and we can't take our eyes off of it! Superior Landscape Crew, LLC is great. We highly recommend their services!

My first time working with Superior Landscape and it was a great experience. I had them build a large patio for a greenhouse with some electrical conduit run up through the patio and they also built a gravel foundation with timber borders for a shed I am building. Abby and Roberto are a very good team to coordinate and help with design suggestions. The pricing was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely fashion but also with very meticulous detail that I really appreciated. I look forward to working with them again.

We have worked with Superior Landscape Crew for several years now and they have been fantastic to work with. Started out as mulching, spring clean-up, then a large patio and most recently a retaining wall. Their communications are second to none as far as any contractors go and we have worked with many in renovating our homes over the last 25 years. They are responsive when we have a job to do or questions. They actually call you back and set expectations on what they can do and when. They offer their ideas and insights if you ask but ultimately let you make the call. Are flexible with using your own materials and plantings if that is what you wish (within reason). With the retaining wall, they took great care to preserve the large mulch bed, shrubs, and bulbs above the old wall. Lastly, they have a great crew, polite and responsible and go the extra mile to meet your needs. Great people and great company. Highly recommend.

We had an “ emergency” flooding situation in our yard / against our home, flooding the basement due to collapsed rainwater drains. Roberto and his crew squeezed us into their busy schedule and solved the problem by installing three drains lines ( each over 100 feet long ), put in a retention tank for surface water and regraded part of the property. Much of this had to be done by hand and the crew did it without a compliant but as professionally as one could imagine. The team is a pleasure to have around the home !

Although the result is not like having a beautiful new walkway installed ( which they had previously done for me ) the movement of water away from the house foundation during a rain storm is a wonderful thing !!!!

When our deck was falling apart, we knew we wanted to replace it with a patio. We listened to a bunch of ideas, but only Abby and Roberto truly understood what we were looking for, and how to mitigate the flooding issues in our backyard. They even came out to see the flooding one day before starting the job and during a downpour to make sure they chose the right approach. That may not sound like a big deal, but nobody else did that. Everyone else proposed “solutions” that would have been money (pardon the pun) down the drain. What’s even more reflective of Abby and Roberto is how much they cared about getting it perfect, and then following up to make sure we’re still happy (like calling us after the first big rain to see how their system worked, or stopping by to check on us just because they were in the area). Abby, Roberto, and their crew became like family to us. They were not our cheapest quote, but they actually understood what needed to be done and quoted accordingly and appropriately. If we had gone with anyone else and their drainage ideas, we would have spent much more in the long run and our yard still be under water - especially this summer. But instead, we got a patio of our dreams and enjoy it every day! Thanks to everyone at Superior for an incredible job! We hope we took as good of care of you and your crew as you have taken care of us and our new patio!

We recently had our patio installed and truly could not have asked for a better experience! From the initial consult through completion, Abby and Roberto were so thoughtful, efficient, and communicative. Abby was in constant contact with us, ensuring each part was how we envisioned it and going above and beyond to source materials and manage changes as we went. Roberto, Leo, and Nacho did a phenomenal job with the entire installation. They took care of moving irrigation lines, setting a solid foundation, and doing some siding work to accommodate the new risers. On top of that, their attention to detail was incredible - every line is perfectly straight, curves beautifully set, and they even made sure to clean up both the yard and the street at the end of each day to the point we wouldn’t have even known they were there. We spend most of our time out there now and are so grateful to have this space!

We had a great experience working with Superior Landscape Crew. Abby and Roberto are very knowledgeable and gave us several different design options to choose from. Their crew was friendly and efficient during the project and we were impressed with how quickly it was completed. Throughout the process Abby kept us informed of the progress and reviewed all of the work with us when it was done. Overall we would highly recommend Superior!

This week the Superior Landscape crew came to my house and removed 4 bushes, a small tree, pruned a bunch of forsythia, and thatched, aerated, leveled and seeded my back yard. Every member of the crew was friendly and very easy to be around. They are very hard-working and they really know what they are doing. And they did it all in less than 3 days. Amazing. And all for a great price. I'm so glad I hired this company!

We cannot recommend Superior Landscaping Crew enough! From start to finish, the team was personable, knowledgeable, and communicative about our options for landscape, with a hand drawn out design to match our vision and budget. Abbey and Mark were responsive and the project was completed in a timely manner. We are so impressed with the outcome! 10/10 would recommend for all landscaping design and execution!

We have been working with the Superior team for a few years, and they always do fantastic work.

We have had our front walkway and steps redone and a large rear patio and walkway with retaining wall and concrete pad added.

The quality of work is very high, and they complete the work very quickly. Abby, Roberto, and the team are a really nice group who are very easy to work with.

We would highly recommend them if you have a project in mind!

The team at Superior Landscaping did a super job repairing and over-seeding our lawn a couple of weeks ago. We initially met with Mark and walked him through our various landscaping needs. He gave some great recommendations and advice for how to get our lawn, shrubs, flowerbed edging, etc. in better shape. On the day of the lawn work itself the crew were super and the grass seed is germinating and growing well. We are new customers and the customer service has been great. Abby has gone above and beyond to fit us into their busy schedule, answer questions, provide additional watering instructions, etc. Great work!

We had many trees taken down in our yard and were left with quite the barren landscape after the tree stumps were ground up. We interviewed several landscaping companies and it was quickly obvious that Superior was the company to go with. Mark explained the whole process thoroughly and the price was very fair compared to other offers. The Superior crew was able to complete all the work in a day and even returned to add a layer of protection for the lawn. When we had two days of flooding rain, Superior returned once again to add additional seed. The lawn now looks great! Communication with Abby was always quick and helpful. I would highly recommend Superior for your next project.

We have been impressed and delighted with Superior's work--including their regular clean ups of our yard, rebuilding a retaining wall for our driveway and creating a beautiful brick walkway for our front door. Roberto and Abby offered us viable alternatives to an expensive project that made it possible for us to afford. We appreciate their communication with us: reviewing what they plan to do; coming when they say; doing the work they say they will do they way they say they will do it; and following up. Their crew members work hard and clean up well when they are finished. Thank you, Superior!

Abby and Roberto, along with the incredibly talented crew at Superior Landscape have provided us with top notch lawn care, mulching, irrigation, masonry, planting and trimming, landscape design, and so much more...for over a decade. They communicate with us from start to finish, are always professional, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Abby and Roberto care so much about the work they do - they're absolutely the best in town! Our home has never looked better and we are proud to recommend Superior Landscape Crew!

Joe and his crew have worked with us for many years. They are excellent. They are the best! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Just signed up with innovative landscaping to get my back yard redone, I couldn’t be more happy.
They did an excellent job very easy to deal with, worked any detail with me above and beyond.

Jay was very responsive and knowledgeable on our landscaping project. It was a pleasure working with Innovative Landscaping.

Very responsive and professional team. The job was done on time within the estimate provided. I would recommend them for any kind of landscaping/hardscaping job.

Joe is a terrific guy, very responsive and went the extra yard to find the stone steps we were looking for. The brickwork was excellent and the job was completed in the expected time.

Great crew to work with. Hired to plant new trees and help with lawn late in the season because they were responsive and upfront with what could completed this season to repair lawn. Will hire again. Trees looking great!
