Very positive experience with Innovative Landscaping. Quick response to original inquiry and courteous follow through. We had some projects that we wanted done including spring cleanup, mulching and new landscaping for section of the yard. They provided some very helpful thoughts/input along with itemized quote. Very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. Hard working crew that is detail oriented. Yard looks beautiful and was done at a fair price. Would not hesitate to use again!

I’m a resident of Acton and have been working with Joe for over 5 years now. I have done many projects with Innovative and they continue to exceed my expectations. Joe’s hands-on approach and attention to detail is a rare thing nowadays especially in his line of work. Joe and his team go above & beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied with the end product. As a small business owner as well, I can appreciate the way he looks at every job whether it's big or small knowing the same effort goes into it. I highly recommend Innovative for all your landscaping needs - not only do they do a great job, Joe always has a smile on his face and genuinely cares about you and your homes landscaping.

Lots of great reviews for previous owner which is a reason we contracted with them, We learned shortly after the job started that there was a new owner. We did not have a good experience to loam & seed our entire lawn as well as get our irrigation system up & running properly with current owner. Crew were hard workers, but would definitely not recommend this company!

Overall had a very good experience with them. I did a gravel extension at the end of the driveway. I thought the estimate was fair and they completed the work when they said they would. They actually started early and some things weren’t as discussed but they came back and fixed it. My only complaint was there seemed to be a bit of a disconnect between the salesman, the foreman and the office. That being said I plan to use them for another project next year.

Joe and his team were amazing. We hired Joe to build a patio in our backyard. The job was done in a day and was flawless !! He gave great suggestions and was able able to work around the space issues and constraints with our land. We would recommend him a 100%

Joe and his crew are reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. They have cared for our acre plus plot for more than two years and keep it looking great. We also use them for snow plow services. I have yet to experience a situation where my 180’ driveway hasn’t been plowed in time to leave for work. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with Innovative Landscaping. The crew is great and their work this spring to clean up my yard was first rate. I will use them again this fall for leaf pickup and shrub trimming. Plus, they are respond to my emails.

Innovative Landscaping is by far the best landscape company we have ever used. We have used them for years now and would never think of using anyone else. In fact, we are always asked "who does your lawn maintenance and landscaping?", because the yard always looks so good! From the top of the organization to the bottom everyone you will interact with is extremely professional, highly reliable and also very responsive whenever some new task or unforeseen yard need arises.

Of course, in every small business such as this, everything starts at the top with Jay, who as the owner of Innovative sets the direction, values, and the overall customer service bar very high for her entire team, especially in terms of always being customer focused, always displaying a customer service oriented attitude, and providing a great service at a very fair value.

We cannot recommend Jay and her entire team highly enough. If you are not happy with your current service company and feel like they are not as attentive to details or responsive enough, I would highly encourage you to call Innovative Landscaping and ask them to come out and pay you a visit. If you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price look no further. We had them out to help remove several stubborn stumps that were too close to the foundation of our house and garage. They did a fantastic job - removing the stumps carefully, filling in the holes, and leaving the job site better than it was when they arrived. Working with them for scheduling and quoting was easy and timely. Most companies won't even get back to you but Innovative Landscaping was prompt and responsive throughout the project. We are looking forward to having them back in the spring to help with another project.

We have used Innovative Landscaping for the past few years and are very pleased with our experience. We started out using them for our fall and spring clean up, then hired them to mow our lawn each week. They came out twice for our fall clean up to make sure they got all the leaves before the winter. When they mow our lawn (1/2 acre), it’s done in 15 min since they come with a crew of 3-5 guys. They do an excellent job, are professional, efficient, and responsive. Highly recommend checking them out!

Joe and his crew did a phenomenal job on our house. We hired him to build a large patio in our backyard, install an irrigation system, and clear out an area next to our driveway to lay down crushed stone. He gave us a great price, but more importantly we were thrilled with the quality of his team's work. Joe and his team were professional, hard working, polite, and careful with everything they did on our property. I will definitely hire him again if we have the need.

They were excellent: communicated well, kept me updated and were very responsive to my questions and needs. They did excellent job removing shrubs, several small trees and undergrowth to prepare the site for a new shed and build the crush stone frame foundation for it. They are great and I will use them in the future!

We hired them again (April 2023) and they did a phenomenal job re-edging and re-designing our flowerbeds. I can finally move freely when I mow around them without awkward manoeuvering and endless readjusting. They are awesome: they really think about what the customer needs and how to achieve it. After 10 years of hiring various landscapers, we have found our forever landscaping company!

Great experience with Innovative landscaping. I had a paver walkway installed along with some lawn work. Both came out great and Joe knew exactly what I was looking for. His team was very professional and worked with efficiency.

Highly recommend Innovative Landscaping! My wife and I wanted to make sure our project was done perfectly and we were so glad to have worked with Jay and the team. Jay was able to answer all of our questions quickly and efficiently and made this whole process so easy and informative. Not only did they guide us with the design ideas, they also were able to start and finish the project within the same month of quoting us! Now we have this beautiful patio for the summer. Wesley and crew were super hard workers and produced high quality results. They were always on time and very conscious to make sure everything they were doing was up to what our standards were and what we expected. They truly kept the customer in mind. Very reasonably priced as well. Will be working with them again to install dry well later this year.

Great communication. High quality work done right and without delays.Took the team of workers 1 1/2 days to tear down and replace my retaining wall. They showed up promptly at 8am both days and the first day worked till dusk. They took great care working in tight spaces and cleaned up the yard and driveway before they left. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!

We've had great service from Innovative Landscaping for years. Some summers we've opted for full service, other years just mowing. They were happy to accommodate our request for not using lawn chemicals. They've always been reliable and adaptable to our needs. Innovative Landscaping is the best and most reasonably priced landscaping company in Acton, hands down!
We hired them to replace our front steps, reface the sides, and to replace the old concrete walkway with pavers. Joe and Jolandi were quick to come over and personally talk to us to understand our needs. They were very easy to work with, provided us with great ideas, and even gave us tips on how to save money. They were not pushy, very professional, and we felt completely at ease with the whole process. Joe came over daily to make sure the work was progressing to our liking, as well.
The crew that did the work was amazingly skilled, highly professional, and very courteous. They showed up on time and worked diligently without taking any short cuts. They were respectful of our property and were meticulous in detail. What also impressed us was how they cleaned the driveway/area being used every evening before they left, regardless of them coming back the next day. The work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. The entire process from start to end was great!
