For someone who responded and showed up on the night before Christmas Eve, fixed my heating/ humidifier circuit wiring problem in 40 minutes, and had a good laughter afterwards, I can only say Taylor is marvelous, magic, and personally caring. The best experience I ever had! Wish you success in business. I truly appreciate your quick response and would recommend to anyone in distress. Help by Taylor lifted my spirit up, so will do yours too.

This is my first time reviewing a company online. I had 2 mini-splits installed 8 and 10 months ago respectively. Each unit has been troublesome from the start. A part in one of the units was replaced but issues remain, nothing was done with the other unit which, at times, is so noisy in the supposed 'silent' mode that it keeps us awake at night. Numerous video recordings of the issues have been provided. The latest response, via text, was that my video would be provided to the manufacturer to see "what, if anything, can be done" (exact quote). A very poor service in my view, especially considering what is charged. I had been a happy customer for 3 years up until this experience, they will no longer be getting my business.

CC&H was there for me when I needed them. In some of the hottest days of the year my AC went out (as it did for so many others). I made half a dozen frantic calls for service but only Christie came through. Even though their day was booked, they managed to fit me in the same day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them for their service, punctuality and professionalism!

This company is a scam, I don't know why there are any positive reviews for it... Call someone else if you need AC repair!
I called Taylor Christie to repair my AC last summer as it was working poorly. After spending an hour or so, he told me what I already knew and charged me $165 for a "system check". He said my entire furnace / AC unit + condenser needed to be replaced and he would send me an estimate. I followed up with him after 2 weeks, a month, 2 months - no response. When he finally replied more than 2 months later he blamed the supply chain issues and said he couldn't find a furnace of that size. I tried reaching out to him again this summer - no response.
I just got my AC repaired by another company and, surprise surprise, they are not replacing the entire furnace, just the evaporator coil!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Taylor Christie.

Taylor was very professional and responded to us promptly on a holiday. He came within an hour to look at our burner that was having gas valve problem. He also made all efforts to make the part available the same day to fix the burner while other quotes said it will take 2 days.

I am using the services of Christie heating and cooling for the past 1 year and they have been excellent in their response and work. They are awesome in what they do and definitely you can trust them in the hour of your need. I will highly recommend them for any HVAC related issues or installations.

Taylor is wonderful! He is responsive, professional and reasonable! Over the past couple of months we have had many issues with our HVAC due to a roofing error. Christie was able to send a technician out over the weekend on very short notice to fix the issue. The technician was nice, professional, showed me what the issue was, fixed it and gave us advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Would highly recommend Christie Cooling and Heating to anyone.

Although I always thought Taylor was a good guy willing to help his prices were a bit high. Last time I asked him for a referral if he knew anyone who could put in a pool heater. He said he thought he could do that. After waiting months and months, then finally installs it late in the fall and he billed me for $3682.50 (not including the cost of the heater). I was shocked, but paid it as job was done. Later, when I tried to open my pool in the spring only to find out the plumbing his plumber installed didn't work and I had to pay another guy over $600 to replumb it. When I went back to Taylor not only would he take no responsibility for the shotty workmanship or the outrageous money he charged me. He has offered me no compensation not even a decent apology. I used to think he was a guy I could trust. Not anymore.

My experience with this company is terrible. I'm purchasing a home in Wayland and am planning to install a new ERV system. I'm planning to buy a Broan-Nutone ERV machine, and this company is listed as their “Premier-Pro” installer. So, I contacted Taylor to express my interest in installing a new system and sent a follow-up message. There's no response. I called the next day; Taylor said he'd look at the calendar to schedule an appointment, but there was no follow-up. Half a month later, I called again; Taylor said the call quality was not good and that he would call me back, but there was no response as well. At this point, I've lost confidence in them. For anyone looking to install an ERV system, I’d suggest looking around for someone else.

Taylor is the best. He is smart, reliable, and honest. Taylor takes care of 4 properties for us and he is totally on it in terms of all the necessary proactive maintenance. When we have had a need for emergency repairs he has also been able to get us quick service at a fair price. Very strongly recommend him for all HVAC-related work.

Taylor is so professional, courteous, and does an excellent job. He goes above and beyond to help in emergencies, and is thoughtful and offers great suggestions for ongoing maintenance. Plus, he's just such a nice guy! I would highly recommend him!

Taylor was very responsive when I called. He set up an appointment the next morning (I did have heat, but there was clearly a problem) and thoroughly went through my system to find the cause. Once he determined the problem he was back that afternoon to replace the part. I will absolutely use Christie Cooling & Heating for all regular maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

I have been involved with many construction trades over the years, and without a doubt the most difficult category to find highly qualified and consistently reliable technicians is for HVAC work. Recently I had the pleasure of hiring Christie Cooling and Heating for an important job. Not only was the work performed in a careful and timely manner, but I have never met a more knowledgeable and detailed group than Taylor Christie and his crew. They are highly skilled and clearly know their trade. The word exemplary comes to mind, they are simply a cut above the rest in their industry. I cannot recommend them more highly.
