I’ve been a customer for a couple of years. Taylor’s crew was professional, polite, efficient, and on time. They were knowledgeable and helped me determine what I might need to be aware of moving forward. I’m grateful for their expertise and will continue to use them moving forward. Highly recommend!

Taylor is an exceptional person who has integrity and performs150% on the job. He solved problems that other HVAC folks just kept charging us for and not fixing the problems. Taylor does not give up!!! He not only has helped solve our problems but when we really needed him to come out last minute he was super responsive. He also suggested some equipment that has been perfect . I just wish he could do everything we need around our house. He is a true problem solver and his honesty is refreshing and super valued by us!!! We recommend him highly!!!

I have worked with Taylor for years. He is very quick to respond, does a fantastic job and is very professional.
I have had one furnace replaced in the building and 3 splits placed. He takes care of yearly maintenance and is prompt with emergency calls. Taylor came highly recommended from a very picky friend and has continued with excellent work ever since.

Taylor got back to me quickly during the weekend about an emergency with my heat. He and his crew arrived first thing Monday and figured out the problem, which was a somewhat tricky one. A high level of service and a personal touch at a reasonable price.

Taylor was recommended by a neighbor and did not disappoint. Came out with hours of talking to him on the phone, quickly confirmed the problem, and had it resolved in no time. Aside from doing great work, he's a nice guy and was super professional. He is now my go-to HVAC guy and I will recommend him without hesitation to anyone who asks. Just an all around great experience and true professional.

This was our first time using Christie and we couldn't have been more pleased. They came out promptly to deal with our issue, figured out what was wrong and had us back up and running -- while also addressing some maintenance that would help keep us in good shape. And all while being really easy to work with. 5 stars!

Extremely responsive, efficient, clean, thorough, and reasonably priced. They recommended some new parts for my central air unit to improve function without "upselling."

Overcharges for parts (200%) - make sure to get an invoice as you can confirm prices and if you get charged two years later and have no record of the situation. Repairs didn’t last even two months and when called to have him come back, wouldn’t return calls for months and had to call another company to come and make the repairs that have held for over two years now. His hourly rate went from 145 to 185 over 10 months and as these invoices are two years later and I have to pay cannot complain can I? This is no way to run a business that’s reliable or referable. Amazed that his rating is as high as it is.

Friendly employees, quick responses, excellent service, and reasonable pricing. Everything you’d want from a service provider.

Everything went so well, from the initial visit for an estimate, to completion of the installation of the mini-split. Not a single problem from beginning to end, nor since then, everything running perfectly. I highly recommend Taylor and his company - courteous, answers all questions willingly, efficient, come when say they are coming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My heat went out on a Sunday night. I called Christie Heating and Taylor answered! He stepped me through getting my heat back on. We scheduled an appointment and he came out and serviced my furnace. Where do you get service like that?? Taylor is friendly, easy to talk with, and really knows his stuff. I'm lucky to have found him. If you want an honest, friendly, high quality heating/cooling company, look no further.

My friend recommended Christie Cooling and Heating and sent me their phone number while my natural gas heater did not work. I callled and Taylor quickly connected with me with some simple questions about the machine info. Then he came with another Technician to check the heater. They quickly defined the issue and changed parts. And the heater works again. No doubt they know how to fix the problem. Their response and action are very quick and efficient. Service is very good, and they are very nice. If any friends need services or repairs for heating and cooling systems, will strongly recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC company. In July, their technician performed a coil cleaning on my system. About a month later, my AC unit began freezing up. After investigating, I discovered that the Schrader valve service port caps had been left off the valves. When I contacted the company, they refused to fix the problem and left me with the issue unresolved. Leaving Schrader valve service port caps off has led to refrigerant leaks and serious system damage — a basic but critical oversight. While the caps primary purpose is to prevent dirt and moisture entering the system, leaving the caps off can cause refrigerant leaks as well, especially on older systems. This experience shows a lack of care for both the equipment and the customer, especially that they noted my system is old. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and responsible HVAC service.

Taylor installed full central AC in my house (Acton, MA) which didn't have ductwork. The work barely made any mess, no sheetrock fixes or paint repair. Great service, professional, and I can't believe we waited this long to have it done.

Taylor took my call, provided me honest, professional guidance and quote for an AC repair and was able to come by the same day to resolve. You don’t find my companies that can do that lately, so really appreciate the reasonable prices, honest and speedy work. Christie’s will be my go-to company moving forward for my heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!
