I've had Longo do multiple projects for me and every time I was 100% satisfied with the results. Any employee I've spoken to--in the office and in my hone--is knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused. The 'extra' benefits from Longo that I haven't found with many companies in multiple industries, are their kindness, flexibility, and desire to do a good job. I am always treated with genuine kindness and respect; their company values people and quality service. I highly recommend Longo Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for any of their services! I had my ceramic tile cleaned and wood floors cleaned and waxed. It was good overall but I wasn’t satisfied with a few areas where there was a buildup of wax. The technicians came back and worked very hard to make everything look great. I just checked off a random price because I can’t remember the cost!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Longo carpet cleaning. They were able to fit me in quickly and the technician, Jason, was very friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. He also offered some very helpful advice on another cleaning job I asked him about. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. I placed an inquiry through the website and heard back quickly from Andrea. She had pricing readily available. We made an appointment for two weeks from the day.
Morning of, Frank arrived. He let my 3 dogs (reasons why we needed the cleaning!) smell (swarm) him so they would be ok with him in their living room.
We have lived in our house for 8 years and have never had the carpets cleaned so I was no expecting much, but what we did get was pleasantly surprising!
Most all of the noticeable pet stains had been lifted and it smelled so much better. Just the peace of mind that it’s now clean was totally worth it! Highly recommend!

Longo Carpet Cleaning dud a good job with the carpets and were prompt and finished the job quickly. My only negative was that they didn’t wear shoe protectors over their sneakers. We don’t ever wear shoes in our house period, so to be cleaning the carpets while walking around with shoes seems a bit counterproductive.

Had furniture cleaned. Nick was very good. No false promises were made . My loveseat I knew was going to be a problem it’s silky brocade material but he was able to vac a 1/2 lb of animal hair off, my chair micro fiber looks brand new . Very happy with my results.

We have had long ago do the vents in our house through affordable and we’ve had them clean our area rug three times rug comes back clean however, they absolutely take care of your thru satisfaction guarantee. They responded immediately.
