Longo’s did an amazing job of cleaning our Coffee House tile floors! We were super happy to see the grout back to white again! The kitchen has a lot of wear and tear but they got it soooo much brighter!

Jason and the crew from Longo Carpet were fantastic — super friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. The rugs came out looking great and the service was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Jason and Ryqwaun were very attentive and did a great job removing the stain. The stain was a dog accident that was spread up and down the hall. I have had Longo do several jobs from carpet to duct cleaning. They are always my first call.

They did such a great job!!! My finished basement had that musty stinky smell and the old floors were a stained mess. They cleaned the vinyl floors, carpets, closets and stairs. It looks and smells fantastic. The crew was very nice and polite. I have used this Company for years and will continue to use them in the future. Frank and Mike came to do our rugs and kitchen floor, they were both personable and very professional . The rugs came out really great. The kitchen floor was absolutely beautiful!!!! It looked better than when it was put in!! We will be having Frank and Mike come back and again!! We have had other companies do the same job and it was no where as good. I have had my carpets cleaned by Longo Carpet for many years and have never been disappointed. Once again they did an outstanding job! I had soot from my pellet stove that got on my mauve carpet that was under a sofa and came up through the vent and built up over a few years. When I changed furniture and noticed the carpet I thought it would never come out. To my surprise Longo was able to clean the carpet with no trace of the soot anywhere! Outstanding job. Always professional and excellent workers.

This second opinion was a first class choice. From the moment the "sponsored" commercial business on our first search for a duct cleaning blew off our appointment (after confirming), I knew we needed a second choice. We called Longo because it was a small, local business. Sure enough, we made a consultation appointment that was promptly kept at a convenient time. The representative walked all portions of the job with us, gave us a full run down of what to expect, and what was required of them by regulation. The quote was less than the "recommended" business, who didn't even talk to me the entire 5 minutes he was there (late, on a different day). The gentlemen in the photo were polite and friendly as they worked by the book, letting me know each step they were on, working cleanly and efficiently. They showed me photos of the progress, and explained how that compared on a very good to Oh My God scale.
I would highly recommend this business for any services they offer based on their incredible professionalism. I will note, that this service (for a business) is not cheap. We were discussing other "cleaners" whose duct work consisted of vacuuming out registers for $300. This work took nearly 7 hours to do start to finish properly. $300 is not going to cover a job done right.

Yesterday I had Longo come out to remove ice dams from my home. They were able to come within 3 hours. Jason, Chris, Frank and Andre worked tirelessly to clear the gutters. The level of conscientiousness and diligence from these guys was nothing short of amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Longo was awesome. Jason did a great job, was very conscious and respectful of our home. He gave us advice on our big wool area carpet and let him take it back to the "shop" for professional cleaning. Everything smells clean !

Great experience with Longo, very reasonably priced and they did a good job on our carpets (just moved into a new house and the previous owner had an assortment of pets). The carpets aren’t perfect, but we now know they’re at least clean! Our technician, Rayqwaun, and his partner were awesome - super nice, informative, and fun to have over. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to get your carpets cleaned!

Jason evaluated the situation of our sofa and loveseat and explained exactly what he was going to do to clean them.
