Poor carpet cleaning, no different pre and post wash, my $160 waste. I will never use and recommend to anybody.

Showed up on time, had a fair price and did a great job with some carpets that had not been cleaned in a long time. We are in the basement and were worried about them being damp the next day (which was totally understandable) but they had dried within a 12 hours with the AC going. Would recommend.

Called Capone carpet cleaning after another rug company failed to show up for my appointment. I expected to leave a VM and schedule at a later time. I had a large rug needing cleaning. It wasn't urgent, but I had moved all of my furniture for the previous company. Happily, they answered the phone and happened to be available the next day. I was willing to wait longer, but they exceeded my expectations, arrived on time and did a thorough job. I would happily recommend them!

Today was my first experience with MaidPro. My Pro is Johannie. She arrived on time, introduced herself and had me walk her through the house. She assessed the work and got right to it. Customer service of MaidPro is highly commendable. Keeping our schedule and the cleaning service need in mind they customized their program to accommodate our needs. Elissette is our pro and does a decent job keeping our house clean.

Our pro, Iara, is professional, always pleasant, and deals well with my pets and kids. She cleans the house fully and takes a reasonable amount of time. When my kids were learning remotely this past year, she worked around them respectfully. I highly recommend the service and Iara! Excellent value!

This goes out to the office in Salem, MA. I am so happy!!! There is truly nothing like coming home after working a very long week and seeing sparkling clean house!!! I have had several cleaners over the years and some have been good and others shouldn't be in the business. But this woman that cleans my house, is AWESOME!!!! She did things I didn't even think to ask for or even expect her to do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! It really is a wonderful relief to come home and not have to worry about the house. Plus, and this was important to me...they accept credit cards!!!!

MaidPro has been sending me a housekeeper for over 3 years; at first monthly, now weekly. Their staff has been excellent. My current housekeeper, Nery, has been with me for over a year and goes above and beyond. She's always cheerful and asks after my well-being and her housekeeping skills are A-plus (A+!).

We have used MaidPro for a few years, and have always been happy. The cleaners always do a great job, and in the event you have a special request, the office staff are always there for you. I have recommended them to other friends and family, and they have also been satisfied.

We have been using Maid Pro for many years now. They are always professional and flexible (e.g. we decide to add on a detailed kitchen cleaning at the last minute and they get it coordinated.) We have had a number of different cleaning PROs and they are all good, courteous, happy to take on any tasks you ask of them. Most recently we had a young woman, Dajsha, start doing out weekly cleaning. We were so pleased with her thoroughness and time spent carefully cleaning that we requested her on a weekly basis.
