This is the second year I've enlisted their carpet cleaning services, and I must say, I'm quite satisfied. Johnathan spent no less than two hours meticulously cleaning and deodorizing my carpets in Arlington. I sincerely doubt anyone could surpass the level of quality these guys provide. The service is worth every penny.

eric showed up on time, took a look at the carpet and furniture spots. he communicated with me in a polite and friendly way. eric did a professional job cleaning our carpet, focusing on the areas with heavy foot traffic. our carpet now looks and smells fantastic, i'm glad for eric's work. i'll be asking for him in future from Aaron's Carpet Cleaning in Arlington.

The carpet cleaning specialist, let's call him johnathan, was both friendly and highly skilled. He gave a detailed breakdown of the carpet cleaning process and how it functions. About half an hour before his arrival in Arlington, he gave us a heads up. He stands out as the finest carpet cleaning expert we've had in quite some time. Our carpets are currently in the drying stage.

Let me first say that the technician was very sweet. BUT this experience has been beyond frustrating. I would never recommend Aaron’s carpet cleaning and am honestly blown away that there are this many positive reviews. We called yesterday to schedule a carpet cleaning. I was clear that we had stairs as they are priced individually. The first woman I spoke to (contracted out I believe) told me it’s would be $16 for the hallway rug and stairs + $79.00 for the couch and scheduled us for 9am-11am today (Sunday) for our cleaning. Our technician did not show up until almost 2pm. When I called to ask where he was I spoke to a different woman. I reiterated what I needed. Finally, when the technician got here three hours late, he explained that they had only quoted me for a basic vacuum cleaning and that the cost to have the carpets cleaned with water would be $602!! Insane pricing for literally a hallway rug and two seater couch. Truly appalling. I called back to speak with a manager and express my concerns and the third person I spoke to, a man, hung up on me. Honestly a truly disgusting way to do business.

the customer service team at aaron's carpet cleaning was incredibly attentive, consistently keeping in touch both before and after the carpet cleaning to ensure we were happy with the service. our carpet cleaning professionals, eric and johnathan, were truly exceptional! they showed us images of our carpets before and after the cleaning, and we were amazed by the thorough job they accomplished in arlington.

johnathan really knocked it out of the park! Our hallway and living room carpets were full of pet stains, but he took care of them quickly and effectively. I accidentally spilled my coffee while he was tackling those stains, and he immediately helped me and cleaned that up too. I was super satisfied with the service from aaron's Carpet Cleaning in arlington and would without a doubt suggest and use them again later!
