We used Fish window cleaners for years at my business, but starting a few months ago they began charging us for times their cleaners didn’t actually come out and clean our windows. I’ve spoken them twice in the last month and they promised someone would be out, but nobody came. Then they billed me again for another cleaning!

This is the second year I have used Fish Cleaning and have been very happy with the quality of their work each time. My windows are clear and sparkling! Cleaners were on time, professional and did a fabulous job. It was easy to make an appointment too. Recommend them highly.

I just got my windows and doors cleaned at my home in Burlington. I cannot say enough about the amazing job this company did. The two young men were so professional. They were so clean, and very polite. You would not have known they were in the house accept for the fact that the windows shine as if there are no windows between the inside and the outside. Great Job! I will absolutely have you back out in six months to make them shine for Christmas lights.

The estimate process was simple - after filling out the online request form, a member of their team visited our home and provided a quote on our windows based on an external walkaround. From there, it was a quick date selection for a team to come out and get the job done (within a week).

When the service team arrived, they were very respectful of our property and followed a clear external/internal cleaning process. They wore shoe covers while indoors, took care around our stuff inside, and were efficient in cleaning all 25 of our windows, especially the ones requiring a ladder. The service took around 3.5 hours and we had a chance to inspect their work after it was done. Payment was done by check to the team right after we green lit the work.

Moving forward, we're making the Fish Window Cleaning team part of our regular home maintenance process. Thank you so much!
