The team showed up right on time and were very polite. i only needed a couch and a chair cleaned, just the outer part since i didn’t have the cushions. erick was learning how to clean upholstery while samuel did most of the work. i just had new floors put in at my place in arlington, and even though it’s just vinyl, i was worried about water getting on it. they laid down plastic and dropcloths to protect everything, and my floors stayed completely dry. they did an excellent job with the cleaning! when i called to set up the appointment, the person answering the phone was super friendly and helpful, especially when i had to reschedule because of other workers in my house. i really appreciated how easy it was to work with her. the cleaning was a little more expensive than i expected just for a couple of furniture shells, but i can still smell the sanitizer working. overall, everything looks and feels fresh. i highly recommend norman's carpet cleaning service if you need your carpets or upholstery cleaned in arlington!
