Carlos and Simone have been cleaning our home for over 2 years.

It started at our small home in Watertown. After working with several cleaning companies, it did not take long to realize that Carlos runs his business as an honest, dedicated and caring professional.

Carlos has never once canceled a cleaning. I just double checked my text messages to confirm that. The only exception was when he was extremely ill and hospitalized. He even texted me from the hospital keeping me up to date on when he would be back. I tried my best to suggest he continue to rest, but he insisted on being there at our next cleaning.

Carlos always double checks and confirms dates and timings of our cleanings. He checks in about traffic conditions and always tells us if they will be slightly late or early. He also follows up with charge requests. This is important because I can be forgetful, and while I promise to be better, Carlos is so organized and detail oriented that he makes sure I am kept on track.

When Carlos and Simone arrive, they are quiet, respectful, and never forget to fully greet our dog Lucy, who absolutely loves them. They get right to work, recognizing where I am working at the time and starting to clean areas away from me at that time.

They are careful and gentle with our home, especially my wife's knick knack shelves, our glass showers, and our wood floors. Their work is impeccable, and they truly focus on the details. Also, they have never broken an item. Accidents happen, but we have worked with cleaners who broke many delicate items of ours in a short period of time. The fact that Carlos and Simone have never broken a single item is a testament to how much they truly care about their work and their client's home.

Carlos is exceptionally kind and accommodating, working around renovations or being available to help with non-standard cleanings (like after our baby shower, or when we moved from our last home, or when we needed a deep cleaning in our new one). When we asked him to use our products that we started to migrate to when my wife was pregnant, he showed up at the next cleaning with his own.

Carlos followed us to Shrewsbury. I can't begin to describe the feeling of relief and joy knowing we would be able to keep them. We recently scheduled a deep cleaning to prepare for our baby arrival. He said, "Let's get your home sparkling for baby's arrival!" I have tried and sometimes succeeded in giving Carlos raises, but he will often push back and tell me "I feel what you are paying right now is fair."

I do not know what we would do without Carlos and Simone. There is no better feeling than to walk through your fresh, sparking clean home, organized and beautiful, where the most important things are the details. With a new baby incoming, our appreciation for them will be limitless.

Quick, punctual and very effective cleaners. I can’t recommend them enough. Even my picky mother was wowed by how clean. Carlos and his team clean with love and will use your own products if you ask them to which is huge points for me with a sensitive nose!
