We had Carlos and Simone do a deep clean of our condo and we were beyond pleased!!! They were very detail oriented and even organized some areas where we definitely needed organization 😊. The bathrooms were immaculate, the stove top looked brand new and the wood floors shined. Communication is excellent. Carlos is quick to respond to texts which is a big plus in my book. We were so impressed with Carlos and Simone that we signed up for monthly cleaning.

There’s only one word to describe Carlos’ cleaning services: PHENOMENAL. I first hired Carlos for a full clean-out in 2021 after reading numerous glowing reviews on the Arlington List. My ultra-fastidious landlord was so impressed by the service that he hired Carlos to regularly clean his own personal residence.

When I needed a professional clean-out this year (2024), I tracked down Carlos. He and his crew saved my security deposit from a landlord who was adamant that the wood floors would need costly refinishing due to paw scratches. However, by the time Carlos’ crew was done, the floors were gleaming and the landlord was able to lease the house without delay. It was a relief that he didn’t have to take the house off the market and lose rental income for the weeks it would have taken to refinish the floors. In fact, new tenants were able to move in right away. The landlord was also very pleased that the house did not smell like chemical cleaning products!

In short, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for cleaning services. Carlos is a genuinely nice guy who cares about his team as much as he cares about providing exceptional service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, top-tier professional who provides outstanding cleaning services, look no further. I am not always the most prepared in terms of cleanliness needs and support, but whenever I do need it, I have reached out to this team, and they have always been able to accommodate my needs! Carlos is truly amazing! I’ve never hired anyone to clean our home before so I was a bit nervous but Carlos and team did an outstanding job. Others have praised his attention to detail and I couldn’t agree more! The attention to detail was amazing. Not only that, I loved the little touches they left with the toilet paper and paper towels!
