Maidpro is a great service, and our Pro - Johannie - ROCKS. She takes super good care of our house and leaves the whole place feeling fresh. Her attention to detail, particularly in the Kitchen and bedrooms is awesome, and whenever we ask her to focus on some particularly dirty spot, she goes above and beyond to make sure it's taken care of. We couldn't ask for a better Pro to have in our house.

We are really liking maidpro. It's been great because the house has never looked cleaner and it is super easy to schedule a cleaning. We love Johanny! She is really great at asking questions to ensure that everything is spotless and done to our liking. We have cats and a dog and she is great with them as well. I highly recommend maidpro.

We've been happy with MaidPro, especially with our usual person Nayiby. She's thorough, quiet (important since we work at home), and always does a very good job. And when she's not available, we know that MaidPro will send another person or two, so we're always cleaned on schedule.

MaidPro was very responsive to my inquiry and set up a clean right away. The woman, Iara Marques, who cleans my home does a wonderful job and is very professional! She is always on time and super efficient! Would definitely recommend.

We have been using MaidPro for years and are really happy with their services. We currently have Alma M. cleaning our home and we are thrilled. She is very detail oriented and leaves the job spotless. Communication with the team is great as well, they are quick to respond and to send someone back out if we are ever dissatisfied with the cleaning, which has only happened once when our regular cleaner was unavailable. We would highly recommend them (and have!).

MaidPro Arlington has been fantastic. They have always done a great job and have been especially accommodating and flexible during the pandemic. We have had several Pros over the last few years as our schedules have changed and have been very happy with each Pro. We are currently thrilled with Iara. She goes above and beyond and even rescued a bath toy from under the bathroom vanity that we had long ago written off as a goner. My toddler was thrilled to see it returned to her toy basket!

Maid Pro has been cleaning our home for over 3 years. They are very easy to book and work with as well as flexible. Elisette has been our main cleaning professional and she always does an amazing job, and does it with grace and a pleasant demeanor. I trust this company and would recommend them to family or friends!

The staff at MaidPro are courteous, professional, and efficient. We have had Christina cleaning our home for the past few months and she is amazing! Always courteous and considerate with us! They are certainly worth the money if you can budget it!

Signing up to have my home cleaned by Maidpro is some of the best money I have ever spent on myself. I love having a clean home and still free time to spend enjoying it.

Update: February 2026 - im still using maidpro and still consider it a great investment! And Grace is still my pro! The consistency is one of the perks of working with this team as she is now familiar with my home and preferences

The cleaning itself is good. The customer service is terrible. They quoted us extremely high - 275 for a 2 bed 1 bath townhome and said how the price would be adjusted after the actually completed a clean and saw the level of work that needed to be done. They never adjusted the price and never answered my emails regarding the price. They seem unable to comprehend that we need a set schedule - out of the 4 or 5 cleanings we had with them they were 4 hours late to one with zero communication until I reached out and then last minute attempted to reschedule our last cleaning where I got fed up and decided to cancel the service entirely. We have jobs that are very time consuming - hence why we need help keeping up with the cleaning in general. MaidPro seems to think they can come and go as they please despite the price we are paying for a service.

Again, the women that came to our home and physically did the cleaning were incredible kind and throughout. Mildred et al in the office need a lot of work.... No worth the hassle or my time. Especially when people in our neighborhood with larger houses are paying *much* less (100+).
