I called Mouradian for a quote to replace my boiler after a company that was providing routine maintenance told me my current boiler was "failing." Eric inspected the boiler and determined that it was actually in good shape, and in no need of replacement. He gave me a quote anyway, which turned out to be significantly cheaper than the price offered by the first company. I really appreciated his honest advice--he could have easily sold me a boiler, but he still told me that I didn't need one.

Eric Mouradian and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. He responded to my call at 6.30am on a weekend morning, came to our house at 8am and was very honest in presenting the pros/cons of replacing the existing water here or switching to a tankless system. We decided to stick with the existing system and a few days later the work was done and the invoice came in almost a thousand of dollars less than next quote!

We had a huge plumbing disaster on a Sunday at about 1:00 AM. I called the office and left a message. One of their team leaders appeared early Sunday afternoon to assess the situation and figure out the problem. They had a team ready to get to work the very next day at 7:30 AM. The workmen they sent were fantastic. They were totally professional doing work that required hard physical work as well as technical expertise. They had to cut through walls and ceilings. They worked very hard over a period of three days, did a perfect job, conducted themselves in a highly professional, friendly and courteous manner.

There is no way that there could have been better service; it was as good as it could be. I am very grateful to Mouradian for their prompt, excellent service,
I might add that their cleanup was superb as well.

You can't do better.

Eric and crew were really responsive when our water heater failed. Our boiler was end of life so we replaced the whole thing with a new indirect system. Great follow up service and communication. I’d definitely recommend and will call them again for plumbing again!

I called Mouradian Plumbing about a leaking hot water heater. They were able to come by in an hour, diagnosed the issue, came back with a new hot water heater, and installed it within hours. It was the most painless emergency house service I have ever had! Excellent, careful, professional service. Will continue to use and recommend them for my plumbing and heating needs.

Our boiler met its sad fate on a Friday. I called Mouradian late morning and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who set me up with an appointment for Eric to come by that afternoon. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that I needed a new system. He lent us a number of electric radiators for the weekend and was able to get all the parts to complete the job for us first thing Monday morning. He and his team were the utmost professionals from start to finish. They were even able to create a lot more space in our basement by reconfiguring the set-up. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with Eric's responsiveness when I still had suspicion of a leak. He was thorough trying to figure it out, including having to open up the ceiling and crawling through the eaves to figure out what was happening! He was very sweet and helpful when explaining what needed to be done in order to take care of a leaky bathroom faucet. I appreciate a local company taking the time and effort to figure something out, and when all is said and done their prices were reasonable, and as a homeowner I appreciate that. I have already booked him again, for the continued adventures in owning an aging home.

Was having gas steam boiler right before Christmas that our long time plumbers could not resolve. Even as a new customer, Eric had his team out there in 15 minutes and had it diagnosed immediately. A real life saver during a holiday week. Fixed the issue and even optimized our other boiler with a clean out install. Couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work or responsiveness/professionalism of the team.

Eric came by 20 minutes after we called about leaking water heater, and scheduled the new 75 gallon water tank install 2 hours later. We got hot water again same day we made the call. Very impressed by their responsiveness, efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

My gas fired steam furnace failed. Eric responded fast on a Sunday and brought his team and a new furnace the next day. They were efficient and clearly highly experienced, instructed me in how to maintain it. They also handled a plumbing problem while at it! Top notch work, good price.

Excellent experience with the Mouradian team over the past couple years. They installed a brand new boiler system in our home on short notice just after we moved in a couple years ago. Price was the best quote we got, the crew worked super hard to finish the project fast. They've also been super fast and helpful with other little issues that have popped up. Recently my boiler was having an odd issue. Eric came out multiple consecutive days to troubleshoot until he had pinpointed the problem and got it fixed.

UPDATE: Once again, Mouradian came through when I needed help and more than delivered. This time, it was a troubling slow leak from my steam heat system. I was afraid of an expensive repair, but it was just a deteriorated radiator connection. Every member of this company has unfailingly been kind, observant, patient, and skilled at fixing whatever issue I've dealt with. Highly recommend!

Certainly recommend Eric at Mouradian. This morning, I found myself with no hot water, so I called them at 8:23 AM, and by 11 AM my problem was solved. That's what I call service on a day when we're so busy with kids, camps, and two jobs. It's not the first time I've used them to keep the house running; Eric, who I think owns the business, has helped me out before. He’s super reliable and knowledgeable.

What really stands out to me is that when you call, they pick up right away – no waiting around. And today, Eric himself came over, not just someone new or less experienced. He even took the time to give me some advice on future projects, like installing air conditioning and what I might need for a home addition.

I'm already on their calendar for September furnace service heading into the heating season. You don't appreciate the every day conveniences we have until you lose one.

After 18 months of a frustrating remodeling project, a good friend was on the verge of finally moving into their dream condo. On reactivating the furnace, a leak emerged in a complex manifold distribution system and my friend couldn’t find a plumber willing to take on the repair. On their behalf I called on my go-to guy Eric who immediately responded ( on a Sunday night!), sent someone the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new manifold and scheduled the repair right away. My old water heater died and the tank flooded the basement. The owner showed up a few hours after I called them, did an assessment, made a great recommendation and gave me an accurate estimate all within a span of half an hour. Their team came in next business day and installed the heater, hooked up the new vent, removed the old heaters and left the place spotless. They were also, prompt, communicative, professional and really friendly. I was supremely impressed.
