Matt and his brother at Mystic Services did a great job replacing a complicated set of kitchen fixtures. Their work was excellent, they left the work site immaculate, and they did everything in a timely manner. All the way through we kept up clear communications. This was very helpful, and they will be my first choice next time I need a plumber. I definitely recommend them highly.

Matt was super prompt and responded to our emergency within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and referred us to an expert for a longer-term heater repair. Super professional and great response.

While true that multiple calls are sometimes required to get things going, they are worth the wait. They replaced 2 boilers and 2 hot water heaters in my 2-family and I had them back to install a new laundry hook-up. Good people to work with. I'm about to call them regarding a 3rd project. Also they have been generous with advice about other plumbing projects/issues.

I've used Harris Plumbing on a couple of occasions, and they were prompt, communicative, professional, and affordable both times. Repair was done on time and quickly, even with my very old heating system. The only con was price, only two hours spent and one piece needed to replaced still came out north of 300.
