Misleading and doesn’t follow directions well. Highly priced for what he did. He took a hour to go 5 miles for a toilet then charged me almost 200 dollars for that hour. Hmm why didn’t he pick it up when he was there for others. That’s because he wants to charge you an arm and a leg. Advice to others pick up your own toilet or anything you want done. Dont let him pick it up. You will pay dearly.

Matt helped us figure out where the leak was coming from. This was affecting all 3 of our condos so we were really worried. He stopped by our place almost right after I called. With careful deductive reasoning he was able to identify the source of the issue and apply the correct fix (one of the hose came out to be issue). He will do what is right. I recommend Mystic Valley Home Services.

While I did not end up using Mystic Valley for my water heater repair, I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of their staff, specifically Matt. He was friendly, not remotely pushy or trying to add on other unnecessary work like some other techs who also came out to give me a quote. We were in a bind on a Friday afternoon. We already had an agreement with another plumber to come and disconnect our old dryer and hook up the new one. We called and texted but no response. Since we had a tight window to hook up the dryer and test it (according to MA law), it wasn't looking good to get it done before the weekend. Matt responded right away and came out on a late Friday afternoon. He was very knowledgable and professional. Matt gave us a quote and completed the work efficiently and quickly. We will definitely be using this company again!

My disposer was stuck with a spoon last evening. Trying to pull out it from the disposer again and again, I realized I needed to ask a professional person. As my husband had a good experience with Mystic Valley Home Services several month ago, who replaced the cracked sink in the bathroom perfectly, I called this service without hesitation. Even it was already evening, the guy responded and kindly scheduled for this morning. He was so professional and found out a way to remove the spoon from the disposer like a magic!
