I had a water heater installed by Matt and his brother about four months ago and they did an excellent job. They explained everything flawlessly and had the job done fairly quickly. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of there work is on a whole new level. I will definitely call them again when something needs to be replaced. Five Stars all the way!

We have had some unfortunate water leakage in our bathroom and as first time home owners in Arlington, we have had some pretty bad experiences with any work that has been done at our property. However, I am so impressed with Mystic Valley Home Services because both times we had water leakage in our bathroom, they came in and fixed everything in a timely and professional manner! They were fast, reasonably priced, great communication and friendly and I cannot recommend them enough. Matt is our favorite and has also helped us with our condo. Now, next time we have any plumbing issues, we have them on speed dial!

We had leaking problem from the sink and Matt responded quickly to our request and showed up soon to fix the issue. He explained all the details and information related to these kind of issues and recommended the best way to tackle this to not happen any time soon.
He did a great job in fixing this issue, he is very clean, knowledgeable and also fast. You can easily feel the quality of the work he did. You can definitely rely on him for your plumbing works and we highly recommend that.

Sunday morning we had an issue with the sewage ejector in the basement as I noticed the toilets weren't flushing properly. Luckily Matt was out here over quick to help us take look and provide much needed advice and explained everything thoroughly.

They replace the faulty unit next day as promised although did show up little late but they gave me a call ahead for update so definitely appreciated the heads up.

Overall very satisfied with their work and will be a repeat customer in future for our plumbing needs.

Excellent professional service was provided by Matt. We had old leaking bathroom faucet which was 50 years old and was difficult to remove and replace it. Mystic Valley Home Services were able to replace the entire faucet with a new one and reasonable price. I definitely will recommentd their services to my friends and everyone else.

Matt was excellent. Mystic Valley is one of the few companies who is willing to work with people to evaluate their needs from disconnecting a Septic System and Connecting to Sewer and update the heating system. It has been over 1 year and I could not get a response from anyone in this area. All I can say is Thank You Matt!! Your awesome!

The team at Mystic Valley completed a complex upgrade from a hot water tank to a tankless heater with no errors or incidents. The job was completed within one day (albeit a long one) and included changes in plumbing, natural gas, and electrical lines, as well as additions of intake and exhaust vents, a plywood base for holding the new unit, and a condensation pump.

At one point there were four people working in the little utility room in my basement. Everyone was friendly and polite, and I felt comfortable and happy to have them there. Kudos to Matt for coordinating the job, Rafael for getting the work started early in the morning, and Stephen for answering my many questions.

Everything worked the first time without any return visits. The new system looks great and functions as expected. I strongly recommend the team at Mystic.

Mystic Valley Home Services was great! Our boiler died and it was extremely cold. I was worried about our pipes freezing. They were overloaded with work and were still able to make sure we had heat. They ultimately had to replace our boiler. They handled our emergency quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

Matt was awesome! He came within an hour of my calling him to help fix my tenants’ toilet. He was very professional and courteous. Most importantly, Matt fixed and replaced parts quickly and perfectly! And at a reasonable price!! Did I mention he made the visit over the Memorial Day weekend? Great first experience with Mystic Valley. I called them to replace a bathroom faucet and generally check out the pipes to ensure everything was in good order and not leaking, etc. (I moved into a new place and wanted to make sure all was ok - I had reason to believe there might be some leaking going on.) They came out same day and I'm very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. On top of that they were friendly explained everything and were great to work with. I'll definitely call on them again and highly recommend!
