Go anywhere else. They're all very rude and I think only one of them actually knows anything about plumbing. Everyone else just gets confused and defers to him. Other reviews say it's for professionals only, but there's other places for professionals that are better.

Take the trip to Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Burlington or Republic Supply in Waltham

I have been going to this store for many years and they have never let me down. This is a store for pros, it's ok to be an amateur (like me) but avoid showing up at peak times. Do some homework before you show up so you can ask intelligent questions. For my latest project I had to replace a VINTAGE bathroom sink faucet. Don't even try to go to Home Depot for that! The staff at Plumber's Supply easily found me a replacement, suggested that I take two different sizes of shut-off valves (in case I had picked the wrong size, which I had) and gave me the right hoses (with the correct size fittings on each end). Saved me a TON of time compared to HD or online shopping.

Rae and his team helped me right away. Innovative solution. It didn’t make them any money but they went out of their way. That’s first rate. Unselfish and kind.

The guys there were great - I was looking for a part for an old, obsolete Kohler shower and ended up over there with 3 people looking through both their databases and searching online to find my part, and though they weren't optimistic about finding it (and didn't carry it because Kohler no longer makes it), they were able to find the matching part and a supplier online. Super helpful.

I broke a plastic peace of hardware install kit for Insinkerator during install. On the Internet it was almost $20 with shipping and 5 days delivery time. In the store they found me one for $5 and I was done same day. No other store carried this piece. Thank you!

After several experiences we found these guys and continue to be happy with them.

Service with a smile. They are quick to respond, provide fast service, and stand by their work.

I have had them do a couple of things at my house, and every time I’ve used them I’ve been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the workers I would recommend them to anybody.

Mark and his crew fixed a kitchen drain pipe of mine quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

After I left two voicemail messages, a guy named Steve called me back and told me that he would come at 9am today to meet me at the work site. I took time off from work and got there at 8:50 and had waited for 45min. He didn't show up. I called and left voicemail. For the whole day no one got back to me :(. Bad experience. Will avoid them in future.

have had fantastic service from E Puopolo & Son in the 11 years we've lived in Arlington. I would recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Very dishonest people, double charge on both material and labor, be aware.
update: just a few months after they "fixed" the issues, the shower broke again and even worse than before. I offered them to fix it in exchange for me removing the negative review, the owner said their warranty is one month and called me unethical. So $500+ is down the drain and also my time off from work to deal with it.

I called them for the first time when our water heater died unexpectedly. They came right away and worked efficiently on immediately replacing it. Very pleasant. I’ll definitely call them in the future for any job they deal with.

had a bad experience with this company for not honoring the warranty.

They hire subcontractors for less expensive jobs such as drain cleaning. If a subcontractor fails to do a job properly they will charge a full fee for the second service.

I had positive experience in the past, but they recently changed their business model and started using subcontractors. The quality of service went literary down the drain.

They installed a water heater for us during the pandemic, and they did a fantastic job. The installation guys wore masks the whole time and observed social distancing, and explained everything we needed to know about the new water heater. The whole thing was fast and done very professionally. The heater itself is working great. Strongly recommend using them if you need help.

Steve, the owner, is condescending and unprofessional. They did a complete hack job in the common laundry room of a condo building. When one of us called him out on it he started calling her names and telling her she didn’t know what she was talking about. They also performed unrequested work bloating the invoice. We now need to call a competent plumber to repair his work as I would never allow someone like him in my home again.

Both of my jobs were relatively minor (toilet seal and shower head replacement). They responded promptly and scheduled within a day of my call. Very professional
